Horrible treatment by dentist and one hygienist. Front desk ladies were kind. Dr Tucker was extremely rude and hostile towards me when I didn’t follow his recommendations.

I have been to a lot of dentists over my lifetime. Some good experiences. Some not so pleasant. I had Rheumatic fever at age 5 and my teeth have had many problems. I had 2 molars removed yesterday. He was gentle, thorough, and quick. I highly recommend this dentist and staff to everyone.

This place is awful! They lied about what insurance they accept. I was not made aware until after services had been rendered. They told me that they were in transition with dentists and that it was the previous dentist who accepted my insurance. Then why is his name still on your website and still on your building????? When I questioned why I owed money after my exam (when it’s covered under the insurance I pay for) they said there’s a sign posted on the desk, you should have read it. UNBELIEVABLE. When the young girl at the front desk was rude and unable to assist, I requested to speak with the office manager. She was not available two different times, on two different days. She finally called back said she would look into it and call me back. That was in January, here we are half way through April. Surprise, surprise, no phone call. Now four, almost five months later they send me a bill for another $100. This place is a joke and a sad excuse for a dentist. I’m sorry Dr. Tucker that your office is run by a bunch of teenage girls, who offer poor service and a bad attitude. You should consider hiring new people who can represent your business better.
