My only complaint is that my appointments always seem to need to be changed when I’m trying to not lose work hours. Being a one income household it’s difficult to get the kids appts done and not lose hours at work even though I get off work at 3:30. Otherwise staff is amazing and I have not had any other issues.

Mercedes repaired a broken bone on one of my teeth - very professional, caring and gentle. The practice got me scheduled within 24 hours once I called that I thought I’d broken a tooth. Very relieved. Virtually no waiting to be seen once I arrived.

Dr. Shawn Guerin has been my dentist for over ten years. I’m a person who has terrible anxiety about going to the dentist and he has always been so understanding and accommodating. As much as I like Dr Guerin I love Dr Saune, she has been amazing. If you have anxiety related to dentistry try them out you won’t be disappointed

Overall it was a great experience as far as seeing a dentist. I had a big chunk of my tooth fall off and my normal dentist was booked months out. I was able to schedule a consultation within a week. Upon arrival they were able to answer my questions and provided me with some paperwork to fill out seeing how it was my first visit. Within a few minutes I was in the dentist chair but Dr. Shawn was running a little behind so I had to sit there longer than I wanted to waiting for him to finish his current patient. Mercedes (The RDA) was super nice and was checking up on me to make sure I was OK while I waited for Shawn. Once Shawn was there I was out within a few minutes with an appointment to fix the problem, an estimate, and a cleaning appointment. Also the front desk was fast and accurate in providing me with an estimate.
The second visit to repair the chipped tooth actually ended up being a repair of four teeth (I do not see a dentist often). I got there on time, and within a few minutes I was in the chair and getting prepped. Once Mercedes had everything setup Shawn quickly arrived and got to work. The whole time they were super nice, trying to make me as comfortable as possible and talking me through the procedure.
I do not know if they are the cheapest because I did not shop around. I also can not talk too much about the craftsmanship because this is only the 2nd day. However the atmosphere and people that work there was five stars.

My boyfriend got an X-ray and they only did one tooth while other dentists have always just done the whole mouth. He came in for a tooth in pain and she pulled and pulled on it and he’s been in pain ever since. Do not go there. Also charged 300$

Everybody was really nice. I told them I was a big chicken when it came to my mouth. They all said it was fine no problem.
