The staff was caring, as what seemed the doctor was too. I went in with an abscessed tooth, pain level 10, this is what he prescribed, 16 Ibuprofen, and Penicillin. I went home and Googled how long it would take for Penicillin to start working, 24 to 48 hours. Pain level is 10!!!!!! He had an emergency after hours number. I called it and left a message saying, you aren't going to let me go through the night like this. I was bawling. He did. Received a call the next morning saying "Hi, this is Dr. Trusa's office, we got your messages, the doctor would be happy to prescribe something. A DAY LATE, ARE YOU SERIOUS!! The patient should matter. Their pain should matter. He did not respond, his secretary did. I REST MY CASE..................
