Worst dentist I have ever been to waited 2 months for an aproval for my insurance so i call insurance they tell me the dentist never sent x-rays to them they requested mind you I have called Jurupa Springs Family Dentistry over eight times to check on status of the approval then I finally start to get the work done and the doctor is having problems numbing my tooth that had a prior infection on so then they give me a referral to Loma Linda which doesn't take my insurance and they assured me they did so then I called back and let ask them if i would have to start the approval process over at a new Dentistry or if I would be able to carry it over they assured me that I wouldn't have to start over which would take possible couple more months meanwhile I have been in pain for going on 3 months now doctor does not seem very caring here I definitely would not recommend this place the receptionist are obviously not educated because I gave me lots of invalid information

Very clean office! Was taken in right away even though I was a little late so that was nice. And the girls up front were super sweet and helpful!

I had some dental work that needed attention I went in not knowing the damage that had been done by a previous dentist in another city I once lived in, I made an appointment with Jurupa Springs Dentistry and all I can say is Thank you to The Whole entire Staff there from the front desk to the Dentist you guys Rock I couldn’t be more pleased

My husband went there to get some teeth replace in front on the top and they were made incorrectly.. One side sits lower then the other .They said now the dentist is gone and there is nothing they can do.Don't ever go there or you will be sorry.

Seems like they treat you different depending on what insurance you have, some things are over priced , I know about billing and insurance idk why they over charged me but it’s okay I found a better dentist.

Horrible front desk people don't know what treatment you need, cancel last minute with no warning, wisdom teeth removal there was the worst experience of my life, dentist basically using your face as a learning stool.just completely unprofessional.
