I had an amazing experience at Exceldent! From making my appointment, checking in at the front desk to getting seen by the dentist, Dr. Guerra. First of all, the office is beautiful and immaculate. As a first time patient, I had my X-rays taken and the dental assistant/x-ray technologist, Jessica, was very gentle and personable. She made me feel very welcomed. Before the cleaning, Dr. Guerra took time to talk to me about any concerns I may have, then went over the procedure for the appointment. He also made sure to review the X-rays and discuss his findings with me before I left. They are very efficient and I made sure to book my next cleaning on my way out.

If it’s clean … tells you something about the place . It’s been too long since I’ve been to the dentist I get anxiety!! I must say I WAS PLEASANTLY surprised
The whole experience from check in, the assistant ; very sweet , professional and polite , I’ve NEVER felt relaxed having my teeth cleaned !! The Dentist amazing
He explained everything and backed it up with pictures/ X-rays !! Believe it or not I already made my next appointment for routine cleaning

I had my first visit to see Dr Guerra recently and I'm so glad I chose him as my dentist. I was so impressed with the quality of his work, the attentiveness of his staff, and the friendliness of the employees. My last dentist told me I had cavities and tried to charge me out of pocket for these procedures. However, it was very clear that Dr Guerra and his team have no interest in scamming their patients or upcharging them. Dr Guerra told me I had no cavaties- even said my teeth looked great. It was at that moment I knew I chose the right dentist. I appreciate that he saw me as a person and not a paycheck. He is skilled at what he does and takes great care in his patients. I'm looking forward to seeing him for all my dentist needs in the future. Shout out to Jessica, Jackie, and the wonderful reception, too. I loved how friendly everyone was. Only open for 5 months now. Felt like they were still getting some office procedures together still, nothing really vital though more like for unique situations such as mine. The service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dentist explained every step taken so that there would be no surprises during the extraction and showed concern for my well being the entire time. I was able to make an appointment very quickly and the cost was very reasonable compared to my previous extractions at other locations. It was out of pocket for me so that factor was very important. I would have paid more but not sure I would return if the rates were as high as what I have paid others. 👍 Too my new dentist. I have alot of work for you.

Dr. Guerra should be your dentist. This has been hands down the best dental experience I’ve had. My procedure was a root canal, filling and permanent crown.
The office is immaculate and new, great location with plenty of parking, the entire staff is friendly and knows well what they do. Is definitely more about the patient here and they will work with you.
