I waited over a week for an appointment to fix a broken filling. I waited 45 mins in the lobby afyer my scheduled time and then I was sent home after 5 mins, with an additional 8 day wait for a second appointment just to see if she could fix it or if I would need to see another dentist for a root canal. This dentist is the most inconsiderate human I’ve ever dealt with i open up about my past addictions I hadn’t had any dental done so my teeth were pretty bad so of course I was scared and had bad anxiety . she was so rude and had me just get up and leave just like I was garbage. So I wouldn’t waste her time she is so unprofessional and disrespectful .i feel bad for her staff they deserve to work for someone who isn’t so nasty

The most incredible dentist I have EVER seen! Pulled two tricky teeth and I didn't feel any pain at all. Got me in just a few days after calling as a new patient! The staff is also very sweet, made me feel like family. Absolutely can't say enough wonderful things about their dental practice.

She is the worst Dentist she hurt me during a simple cleaning, she treated me worst than western Dental! And I have insurance I will never go back. She’s rude, she put water all over my face when she was checking my teeth and didn’t even bother to clean it the assistant was even embarrassed about her.

Great dentist, very clean and gentle but there’s the worst customer service at the front desk ! The lady (Aylin) is so rude and doesn’t want to do the effort to search for the insurance information . Her only answer is, “ I don’t find you so you don’t have insurance” They need to look for a better customer service personnel.

Dr harshita patel is an amazing dentist I am so thankful to her. she seen me on such short emergency notice she really cares about whether your in pain or not and wants to help anyway she can I would 100% recommend her practice and services to anyone that needs dental attention. She does accept medi-cal so anyone who has medi-cal for their insurance do not hesitate to call her

she was very rude to me and her comments about my messed up teeth made me feel so insecure also when checking teeth she wasn't gentle at all and ended up hurting me a little. definitely will be looking for a different dentist
