I went there today cause my tooth was lose and hadn't been to the dentist in years I never had any teeth pulled and didn't know what to expect but first of all the shot to numb my mouth was painful and of course i was like ouch ouch ouch loudly then when he pulled it . I screamed a few times cause it hurt real bad . instead of saying something conforting Dr.Oh told me he couldn't see me again as a patient cause he couldn't have me in there screaming in his office. they put gaze in my mouth and sent me on my way no instructions no information on what I should do next he had told me in the beginning his assistant was going to clean my teeth but that didn't happen either. I will never go back to this dentist and it was dirty in that office I wouldn't recommend him to no one his staff was nice though.
