I had really high hopes for this office, due to it looking very well maintained on the outside. I Was however not at all pleased with the phone call alone to this office. We are New to the area and this office, regardless of your insurance wants you to personally pay in full at the time of service. I was informed at that point you then deal with your insurance company to get reimbursed for what you paid at the time of service. That tells me this office wants their money-top priority, and they are also not specifically compassionate to your issues either. As a new patient, i was told a 2 month wait, even with an issue present.. i spoke to 2 separate women, both were rude. I ended up not even making an appointment specifically due to how I was treated, over simply trying to make an appointment over the phone. Horrible customer service. There are plenty other offices to choose from in town.
