Do not go to this place. They will lure you in with available appointment's as they're open till 7:00 PM. I went to this place because I moved to Monterey last year and my original dentist is back in the bay area, had I known what I was about to experience I would driven to the bay area instead.
They will lie to you and "misquote" you and not only charge you plus charge insurance.
I went in there and paid out of pocket while the insurance sorted out account information due to new job/new insurance, I let a couple of weeks go by and never received a called, so I decided to call and find out what the status of the claim was, when I called to find out if the issue had been sorted they told they had received payment for insurance and that I was not going to receive credit for the amount that I previously paid, and that apparently I had a $20.00 balance, which the Doctor was willing to waive for me. I asked for a copy of what I paid and she can't provide me a copy of it.
It now makes sense why they're flexible and have plenty openings.

I had a cleaning with Adrianna. She did an excellent job: she does not only perform what is expecting from her regarding regular cleaning, but she also educates patients. She asked me to show her how I floss my teeth and then she demonstrated another technique.

I had to have a root canal and tooth removed a couple weeks ago . I was in a lot of pain they got me in fast to see the Dr. I I’m very pleased with my care and treatment everyone gave me. They really care about the patients. Still need more dental work done , will keep going to this office. A+ R.R.
