This business was sold from Dr Chamberlain, who had taken it over from Dr. Swope.They both were excellent. I have been going to this Dentistry for over 25 years.My children and spouse go here. Dr Chaimberlain was excellent in all aspects of his profession. The new person is practicing dentistry , Dr."lame". At first greeting never looked at me and then was unprofessionally asked "what happened to all your teeth", in a discusted manner, I first was offendended because of the demeaner and unfriendly manner. I wanted to explain all the many different tramus I have had over my lifetime, but flustered from his interigating additude, he wasnt even listening and was waiting to talk again. after cutting me off from talking, I once again felt disrespected. so let him know I wasnt going to take it, he ended up getting upset at someone calling him out, he told me to get out of the chair and leave. I told him I have been coming here for 25 years. This was the first time I have been here since the unfortunate turnover to his "practice". I ask everyone in Meyers I know, and peeps I dont know, find a quality dentist in town.There are so many "qualified dentists" in our community. Please avoid his business!

As a healthcare provider myself I really appreciated Dr. Nguyen's knowledge, attention to detail and ability to take the time to explain in clear terms what is happening and what needs to be done. Overall one of the best dental experiences I have had. His staff is kind and competent and his fees are very fair. Highly recommended

Dr. Lam is the reason I am no longer sick from bad teeth, and a major help in sorting my life out. Without the care he took in making my experience in having teeth removed and replaced, I would still be fighting to find work in southern Oregon.

I had been to Talent family dentistry before for relatively easy proceedures.
The more recent one was a good deal more difficult (extraction of an abscessed canine tooth which had been broken off at the gum line). They were careful, clear and so effective that I was still awaiting the extraction when they informed me that it had already been completed. What more can I say !

After waiting an hour with a child in the car, for an appointment that should have taken 15 minutes. The Dr. proceeded to defend his office on making me wait an hour, rather than apologize and get to work.. They knew they had another appointment at the same time, why double book? Zero respect for anyone else's time, but their own. I understand things come up, but be apologetic not defensive. This was the second time their staff have mismanaged their appointments. Don't go there if you value your time or have a life to tend to.
