The Dr and staff are amazing.I never went there before and had a cracked tooth.they got me in the same day. They also were proactive in reaching out to my insurance and allowed me to pay only what my portion was.
In the past, the dentist office would require full payment and I would need to file claims to get reimbursed.
What a difference.very very polite, professional and on top of their game. I will never go anywhere else. Do try them and you will see a remarkable difference.

I had to change my coverage due to my age and Medicare. Dr. Ha is a preferred physician with my insurance, therefore I made an appointment with him for a chipped tooth. Dr. Ha and his staff were friendly and professional! Even though my insurance will not cover a crown, since I haven’t been insured with them for twelve months, Dr. Ha’s fees turned-out to be very reasonable. I am so happy to have found this dentist and we are so lucky to have him in our small town where it’s so hard to find a good dentist! Thank you Dr. Ha and Tahoe Dental Arts!

The staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Ha was pleasant and knowledgeable. He solved my urgent tooth problem in just a few minutes so I could get back to skiing. If I lived in Tahoe I would definitely have him as my regular dentist.

Do not recommend. Took nearly 2 hours in-and-out for a simple cleaning. The office is cramped and crowded. It was the roughest cleaning I’ve experienced and I take great pride in my teeth. The staff was nice, but I just didn’t feel comfortable.

Great feeling to be welcomed when first coming through door. Knowledgeable staff and they take their time to make all your questions are answered and understood.
Going to dentist isn't my favorite thing to do but they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Don’t waste your time. They have an online form for appointment requests, which they followed up immediately with questions, offered me a last minute appointment that afternoon that I couldn’t make work - then radio silence. When I got back in touch asking if they intended to follow up I was told they were not accepting new patients. Should that not have been the first thing they told me instead of their response after a week of keeping me waiting? If the service is that bad trying to get an appointment, I sure would not want them anywhere near my teeth.

Dr. Ha is the best dentist I’ve ever been to, period. Super nice, listens, cares, and took the time to really help with my dental issues. Their hygienist Kathy also removed wine and coffee stains I thought were stuck on my teeth for good. All of their staff is super friendly. I can’t say enough about this office. Highly recommended.
