In the past I have experienced some awful customer service and negligent dental care from other providers. I’m happy to finally have found an amazing dentist, hygienist and staff. I am always excited to get my routine dental care and my kids absolutely love going to the dentist to see doctor Badillo and doctor Jacob! Personally, I am a cash patient (being that I’m self employed) and am greatly appreciative of the easy payment options. As for my children, they have teamsters insurance through their dad and I was happy to find out they are contracted with the PPO dental plan! One of my children even gets her ortho work done their. I honestly would give more stars, if possible. Their passion for dental hygiene truly shows and hats off on their professionalism and the office’s cleanliness. I highly recommend Gotta Smile!

Friendly staff! It is actually quite refreshing to see great customer service in Stockton! My only critique would be that I waited an hour for 10 mins of sitting in the chair. But I do understand being busy and Covid protocols. But other than that, highly recommended!!!

Very thoughtful group. Dr Jacobo has put together a great team. I’ve not been to a dental office as friendly, supportive and compassionate as this. He is also a terrific dentist. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences and I’m not a big fan of dentists.
