There's nothing more to say about this awesome dental facility. Attached is my previous review and post for those that missed it.
Nothing but the best...service, staff and doctors. I have been going to Dr. Chiman Lad (renamed Lad Family Dentistry with the addition of Dr. Lad's son, Sunjay Lad, DDS--a proud day for Dad to be sure) for over 35 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my dental care, even though I travel almost 90 miles round-trip for each visit. The entire office staff is very genuine, friendly and caring, and they treat each patient as if they were family. If you want a dental office that is willing go "above and beyond" in the care of their patients, then you have found it with Dr. C. "Old Guy" and Dr. S. "Good-looking Guy" Lad (nicknames courtesy of my 93-year-old mother, who is also a long-time, 35+-year patient) and their staffs. After your first visit to their newly remolded, expanded and updated office and you meet the staff and experience the highest quality dental care you will ever receive, you definitely won't want to go anywhere else--ever!

I had a cleaning & check up with Danielle. She was so thorough & gentle. Afterwards , Dr. Sunjay came to view my x-rays. He has such a professional & kind chair side manner. I have been a patient for many years. I highly recommend Ladd Family!

I really love this dentist office, to the point that whenever I fly back home to visit, I will squeeze in an appointment even though I have tried other dentists in my new home state. Literally every single staff member I have ever dealt with has been very pleasant and personable. Both Dr. Chiman Lad and Dr. Sunjay Lad are very professional, will answer any questions and concerns you have, and make you feel very at ease. Another big plus for me is the office is very punctual-- you make your appointment and you'll be in at the time you sceduled with harldy (if any) wait time.

Dr. Lad has been my dentist for many years and he's always very kind and thorough with my dental health. His beautiful brand new state-of-the-art office and kind and efficient staff especially Jackie make office visits a joy. His son Dr. Sunjay graduate of USC takes beautiful photos from his travels and displays them all over the office. It's a great place to have dental work done.

I have had some sort of dental problems most of my life. Some were minor, some much more severe.
I have never had the opportunity to give a GOOD review to any dentist as I never had a good dental experience.
As soon as I went to Dr. Lad that all changed.
I feel I have never had a completely professional dental experience in my whole life. Everything from On Line Service to make appointments, A great professional greeting, served with a smile I might add when I first arrived. Patience as I made mistakes on my initial paperwork ;-). , Professional counseling and advice on everything that I needed to know about my future dental plans.
Drs. Chiman Lad and Sunjay Lad gave me every bit of knowledge that I needed and their work has been fantastic. Both dental assistants that have assisted in my procedures have been friendly, competent and professional as well. They will now be my NEW family dentist.

The best Dentist in Temple City. I have been going to Dr. Lad's office for at least five or six years now. My boyfriend has been going to him since he moved to Temple City in 1991. He has since retired to Prescott AZ, and still returns to Dr. Lad. Both Chiman (father) and Sunjay (son) are the nicest men. They both are thoughtful, professional, gentle, personable, and both have a great sense of humor. They do "EXCELLENT" work. I am very picky about having a super great dentist. I wish I would have taken my boyfriend's recommendation a few years earlier. The office is state of the art. Don't the let the plain brick on the outside fool ya. This office is beautiful inside. They are always on time. I've NEVER waited more than 3mins. I can barely get a magazine open before they call me in. The staff "ROCKS" Donna (dental assistant) and Jackie (receptionist) are patient with me when quoting me my cost after insurance. Donna knows her stuff and is so helpful. I think both doctors would be lost without her. Jackie is a doll. She always calls to remind me of my appointment, and is so pleasant. I am here to stay. I think they all deserve 10 STARS!
