Was a great experience! Had the onborading process been smoother this could be a 5/5. I was referred by my colleague and Dr. Moon and Janice were just fantastic! They were able to document and clean my teeth—only 2 fillings needed after not have been to the dentist in embarrassingly years. The minus 1 star was due to the hidden 20.00 fee for “PPE”. The woman who called to explain that my free visit would cost money also suggested I tie my service animal (puppy) up outside without having gone and asked the dentist. Also the 6 foot rule in their office does not apply in the front as a man was asked to press his body against the wall as I walked by, comical really. The PPE that I paid for was on the keyboard (used) to fill out information but not on the computer mouse ?
All in all thank you Dr. Moon—that front desk staff needs some training. I’ll be back for those fillings soon! Thank you Dr. Moon and Janice for making my experience with Cecelia Lontoc nice and smooth.

The staffs were courteous, polite. Dr Cecilia Lontoc did my cleaning and she actually did a good job. I surely would recommend this dental clinic to other people.
Just Letters
Place is always clean. The entire office and personnel are ready for those concerned with Covid to a high degree. Face Shields, face covering, physical distancing, sanitizer, and regular cleaning. Staff is always super friendly. If you are afraid, no need to be, they have all the protocols in place and then some. If you need a check-up or dental work they are open and safe. Don't let your teeth go bad, make your appointment.

Where do I start with this even??? Lontoc & her Crew are the Primo Supremos!! They not only are VERY Friendly n Fun but they really know their profession. My last dentist seemed ok (see my bad yelp review lol) but discomfort and constant problems lead me to seek opinion with Dr Lontoc in my area. Boy did she make a huge improvement on my teeth! It did take a bit of money due to many issues with my previous jacked up grill...hehe...but I am Super Impressed! With them, my appointments are actually alot of fun. If you know me, i rarely refer anyone since i hate mixing business with pleasure EXCEPT for Dr Lontoc. Everyone i know knows about her Excellent Skillz. Its nice that she is also a cosmetic dentist so if we dont look good...she dont look good! Tell her I sent ya!!!!

My 83 year old mother broke her dentures and we needed to find a dentist ASAP. I called Dr Cecilia Lontoc office on a Saturday afternoon. I explained my mother’s problem and that I was going to be in Torrance on the 24th of February, I live in Santa Barbara. They were able to give me an appointment, the afternoon of the 24th.
My mother uses a walker, and the handicap parking is in the back and the entrances in the front, they opened the side door so she wouldn’t have to walk to the front (It would have taken her at least 15 minutes).
I was very impressed by Dr Lontoc’s professional staff, their kindness, gentleness and the way they accommodate my mother’s handicap. They were also able to repair the dentures and have it back to my mother in 2 days. I am definitely recommending this dental office to my friends and family.

Having bad past experiences with dentists I was a little sceptical about coming here. I'm glad I did.. Dr. Cecilia and Dr. Pham are the best. Got couple of fillings done today by Dr. Pham, I almost fell asleep.. didn't feel anything. They are the best!

Best dental office! Everybody is nice in the office. I am always looking forward to my office visits. The appointments always start on time. The entire staff from front to back are very knowledgeable and make you feel at home.
