After waiting months for an appointment expect to wait in the lobby as well. I have no problem showing up at 10:30 for an appointment unless my appointment is at 9:45.

Love all dentist there at the office except for this lady in the office with the name: Shelly insurance coordinator, she’s rude and loud and acts like she owns the business. It will be my last service I take from this business because of her. She’s disrespectful 💯 I have been a customer since Dr. John scoggins had his office on Perkins street he was always wonderful every one is except this lady and to top it off she went and loudly told the manager Tanta I wasn’t coming back because her attitude and for being rude and manager didn’t do anything I’m so disappointed

Alejandra the hygienist and Sarah the RDA were super sweet. Also efficient doctor. I drove three hours to come here for a cleaning and tooth check. It was pretty good. I feel like all the gunk is gone. Mouth is sore, but that's expected and I need to floss more. I recommended my coworker to come here also. They even have an after hours reception which I really appreciated.
Edit: Really bummed. I called to see if I could reschedule a cleaning, found out it would be six months, and said to leave it and that I would try to figure out something so that I could attend. I call back and the appointment had been cancelled and given away, so I got put on the clinic's wait-list. It's been two months, and I haven't heard anything. So this ends my short relationship with them, but luckily it gave me the push to find a dental office closer to home than 2.5 hours away. Also, I had asked if I could get water after my last visit (just to fill up my water bottle for the drive back so I didn't have to stop anywhere) and was told no by who I'm assuming was the lead older blonde receptionist. Couldn't even use the sink, I guess. It soured my overall experience, but I did really like that RDA and doc.

I've always been terrified of the dentist. Never had a good experience and the work always failed. So I let my teeth go to the point where I said "Just pull them all!"
But the dentist told me I should hold on to what I had for teeth. It took me a while to get my teeth in order. I had to have some surgery to remove broken teeth. But after that my partials we're ordered and it was all so pleasant. No pain.
Finally I have confidence in my dental care.
Very professional and organized. I love them.

We like the staff and cleaning experience. However, we’ve had major scheduling issues. They booked us for a holiday, which means our appointments were rescheduled for almost a year later. And they didn’t offer to accommodate us or help in any way. Mistakes made by the business should be made right by the business.
