Staff, was really rude, they always give you the wrong information about billing. They say everything will be covered by your insurance, but then later you start getting billed by them . they make you lose unnecessary time out of your schedule, for their mistakes. I do not recommend this place.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Macaulay for over 15 years. Prior to this I had not 1 but 2 dentists recommend I remove my healthy wisdom teeth "because they will be a problem"someday. I left those dentists because it made no sense to me to extract healthy teeth. Dr. Macaulay never recommended that. Today I had to have 1 of my wisdom teeth extracted as it now became a problem. I did not know what to expect and took the afternoon off from seeing appointments because I did not know how I would feel once the numbness wore off. She extracted the tooth expertly and painlessly. I am still sitting in my office typing this with minimal soreness long after the local anesthesia wore off. Thank You Dr. Macaulay, you have a fan for life.

I just moved to Sta Clarita and trying to find a new dentist. I found out about her clinic because if the letter that was sent to my house few weeks after we moved. To cut the story short I did went to her for my initial visit and thought that it’s going to be charged to my insurance which is supposed to be 100%. A few weeks later when I told them that I’m going to another Dr. they sent me a bill saying that I have to pay $144.06 and that my insurance payed only $150 which is 50% only of the bill. I called my insurance and they said that this clinic is over charging me. I’m not going to recommend this clinic because the secretary is rude and don’t know how to process a military insurance. The service is really poor when it comes to customer service. I went to another Doctor after them but they never charged me anything for my first visit they did what exactly MCaulay did to me cleaning and xray and dental prophylaxis. Never go this dentist or else they will over charge you.
