The office setting is awesome. They greet you by name as you walk in. All of the staff is super nice and they don’t talk to you like you are a customer. They talk to you like you are a friend. Having a horrible experience as a child and over the years had one Dentist and staff in Auberry Dr. Rinker and his staff giving confidence again until I had to move and once again bad experiences with even our kids dentist..found another that was kind but still not the one I needed... looked at reviews at this office and all I can say is kindness, patience and understanding from office staff to all of hands on employees and Dr. L. not only myself but my husband we are so happy to have encountered such an truly amazing Office let me just say amazing is an understatement!!
