Center For Dental Implants And Dentistry Walnut Creek - Julia Lee D.D.S.

Went to Dr. Julia Lee about four years ago. Had several procedures and find Dr. Lee the best dentist I ever had. Her staff very professional and friendly, special mention Richard Palermo who is a very good dental assistant. I had my whole family and friends go to Dr. Lee who is now taking excellent care of our dental health. Highly recommended!

I came here as a new patient about 4 years ago and this office is by far where I've had the best experience with the front office. They are willing to help me and very kind, hospitable and caring. I had a good first impression with the office manager Gen and I knew I found the right dentist because their front people represent the doctor so I knew I was in good hands. Dr Julia Lee is the best because she's very thorough and is a perfectionist. She accommodates my busy work schedule which i love the most. I recommend Dr Julia Lee to everyone. Working with her assistant Richard is awesome, he makes sure the work is done right and he was there all along to make sure I was given the best care possible! I love Dr Julia and Richard!!!!

Highly recommend. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lee and Dr. Danny are really attentive and strives to provide the best oral care for their patients. Richard the restoration specialist assisted in my orthodontics treatment; he truely strives for perfection. I’ve never been to a dentist where they take this much care of you. I’ve been looking for a 5 star doctor that will help me and Dr J Lee was really it. I know she will be my dentist for life. Richard, the restoration specialist did an amazing job and the procedure was painless! Also the front office handled all my billing issues and I had no problem at all. I love coming to this dental office!!!!

I recently had Dr. Julia Lee install a dental implant for me and I can't say enough about how great the experience has been. Believe it or not this will be my ninth dental implant surgery.
In 1987 I had my first 3 implants in my lower back right installed in a study case. Those 3 failed in 10 years and I got 2 more to replace them. those 2 failed in about 8 years and I received 2 more to replace them and they seem to be holding up fine, but not a thing of beauty.
I got another dental implant for my upper left canine about 2 years ago from another implant center and that is not holding up as well as I had hoped and there is a strip of titanium showing at the gum line.
I decided to change dentists and about 5 months ago I went to Dr. Julia Lee. From day one they were very professional and diligent in their quest for perfection. They installed the crown a couple weeks ago and it looks perfect. No titanium showing at the gum line, the shade is perfect and it is very comfortable. I feel I have finally found the right dentist & implant surgery clinic.

I will have to say that I really lucked up to have found such a friendly family environment dentist office. Dr Julia Lee DDS , and her staff treat you with much respect, tender loving care, so with that said you leave feeling like you got your money's worth , also Staff member Charmaine will make sure you have all the knowledge you need , and understand Exactly the entire whole process Charmaine will take care of you trust me when I, say this because I say this with confidence for her and the entire staff if you want to experience quiet peaceful visit to a dentist office try out Dr Julia Lee DDs.

Richard goes above and beyond customer service wise. I’ve never worked with someone as smart and talented as him!!!!!!!!!! The office/AND Richard knows I’ve been highly anticipating my new crown but it’s taken longer than anticipated due to outside factors (such as color matching). They’ve been working tirelessly to accommodate me, even staying until 8, 9 or 10pm. They continually schedule me after normal business hours as to not conflict w my work hours. They’re the hardest working office I’ve ever been to and they’re very accommodating. It’s been such a long process but I wouldn’t want to go through it with any other office or without Richard. I finally feel beautiful after having a missing tooth for 14 years. Richard is very knowledgeable and dedicated. He won’t stop short of perfection. Im already very happy with my results and my smile isn’t complete yet. I can’t say enough good things about this office... 20/10 stars! Can’t recommend them enough. :) They really feel like family. They treat every patient as if they’re the offices only patient. Who knew you could look forward to going to the dentist? I’m very grateful.
EDIT: This office works VERY hard and fast, even doing same day procedures. The only reason I’ve been waiting for my crown is due to outside factors that the office is not responsible for!!!!!!!!! I had no idea an implant process could go so fast... I can’t stress the fact that this is the hardest working dental office I’ve ever been to enough. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Lee and her staff are the best in Northern California. She and her staff are so nice and welcoming that I forget I am at the Dentist sometime. I have been getting my teeth cleaned and fixed here for over 10 years, and there is a reason why I never went anywhere else. I definitely recommend this office for any type of dental work!

I've been looking for a dentist for the longest time and I was so glad I found this feel at home clinic. Dr. Lee's entire staff is very friendly especially Richard who's been always accommodating and informative that makes the whole trip to the dentist a more enjoyable experience. The doctor and her team works well together which reflects in their attitude towards their work and to their patients "Good Vibes" I am definitely recommending them to my family and friends.

I have had a horrible fear of the dentist since I can remember, Julia Lee DDS and the staff have helped change that for me. On top of there incredible customer service on just cleanings and scheduling, I have had several procedures with them and they always treat me with care and have made me feel comfortable. I have had such a great experience with them, our whole family goes here now!
