I saw Dr Baltz today for a crown and fillings. I don't think many people would use the word relaxed during this type of procedure, but I was totally relaxed the entire time. I had a cleaning in April with the hygienist and I felt relaxed then as well. Great office.

Allyson is always wonderful with helping me with my insurance, and Jessica did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. All the staff are exceedingly friendly and courteous. Dr. Rowe and Dr Baltz have both been top notch with all my dental care. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

Jodie, the girls and I love how friendly and caring the staff is here. We’re greeted with smiles and everyone in the office seems to know our names. The office is always clean and we don’t have to wait to go back. The doctors are just as friendly as the technicians and it really puts the kids at ease for a stereotypically scary place :). After implants in another dental office, I went in for crowns at Highpoint Dental. They provided step-by-step explanations of each part of the process and always made sure that I was comfortable with every part of the procedure. Not only do Dr. Rowe and Dr. Baltz have the perfect mix of experience and leading-edge training, but they are also compassionate and relatable. The front-office staff was wonderful, helping to resolve financing issues and my general nervousness. Melissa and Kimberly (and so many names I can’t remember) were awesome, as was Sara who stayed chairside the entire time. I highly recommend Highpoint Dental. Make it part of your story.

I had my first dental appointment in a few years at Highpoint Dental. This after searching many months, praying, reading and comparing patient reviews, etc... Needless to say, I was very nervous about going to the dentist, and even more so going during the Covid19 Pandemic. Highpoint Dental is a very nice and clean dental office. I felt comfortable from the time the staff greeted me at my car to give me paperwork to complete (safety measure because of Covid19), until the time my appointment was done. Dr. Baltz, Michelle (Hygienist) and Lisa and Melissa (front desk staff), were so friendly, kind and personable, that it felt as though they knew me and I'd been going there for a very long time! I Love Service with a Smile! With all the fear, confusion and divisiveness happening in our country and in the world at this time, Highpoint Dental Care Clinic felt like a breath of fresh air the whole time I was there! And, I know this might sound a little crazy, but I didn't want to leave that atmosphere! I have never EVER had this experience at a dental office, which is the reason I gave them such a high rating. Thank You Highpoint Dental staff for brightening up my day...and soon my teeth!!!😁
