Worst place I have ever been had a 9.30 appointment I arrived early at 9.15 to see if I needed to fill out paperwork and they had nothing the said have a seat and we will be right with you
They called me at 9.45 and took me to a room okay there a little behind they put me in a room and left saying we will be right with me
At 10.15 I was still waiting and the whole crew was down the hallway not doing anything but laughing and having a good time

At 10.20 I left and asked the receptionist to call me when they had time to see me
