I was able to get into the practice immediately and I was very impressed by Dr. Rowe and his wonderful, friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Everyone at Breck Family Dental is awesome and super friendly and do a fabulous job taking care of our whole family's teeth. Our daughter is comfortable when she visits (which is very important to me) - she gets to watch TV and wear cool sunglasses and then dig in the treasure chest AND walk away with a new toothbrush!

I called and scheduled an initial appointment. Several days before the appointment, I received a postcard in the mail reminding me of my appointment. The day before the appointment, I received a voice mail again reminding me of the appointment. I had missed the call as I have poor cell service in my home in the mountains. The message required me to again call to confirm an appointment I had previously called to make. I took time away from my work to make the call (which took several attempts due to my poor cell service in the mountains) to confirm my appointment, to explain my difficulties with phone service in my home and to ask if they could text or email their reminder if they required a response in the future. The woman at the other end of the line informed me they do not text and cancelled my appointment, rudely telling me to find an office where I would be more comfortable. Shocked, I said "This is ridiculous!" She responded, "I agree, your call is ridiculous!" and hung up the phone. Apparently they have all the business they need so look elsewhere for your quality dental care as I will be doing.

Missing the old Dr. Bob. The new doc. just wants your money. Dr. Rowe told me that no one in the county could do a certain procedure I needed that would be covered under my insurance, and when I found out that Dillon family dental could do it and asked him about it he told me he just didn't recommend them because he didn't like their work! So i had some work there done, had financial issues and fell behind on my payments, which I was thankful they set up for me but when I called to catch up I was told $50 was not enough and they couldn't accept my payment, they would have to send it to collections unless I had $100. I told Marla I could get the rest in 5 days and she said no and sent it collections anyways. It's horrible they refuse payments like that, regardless of my irresponsible delay; they will only work with you if it means it benefits them immediately, I felt like a number to them, not a patient.
