Dr. Harward and his staff are exceptionally professional and friendly, and it makes going to the dentist much more tolerable! It is evident Dr. Harward cares deeply about patient satisfaction: he was quick to let patients know approximate wait time, he also has costs generated via your insurance before he provides treatments, which isn’t something I’ve seen with other providers.
They were able to see me very quickly as a new patient.
Highly recommend paying this office a visit.

My husband and I moved here from Colorado Springs. Castle Rock Modern Dentistry was referred to me by my previous dentist. The staff here is amazing! They’re friendly from the time you walk in and work very hard at making you feel at ease, during your entire visits. I mean who doesn’t love to laugh, especially when you’re at the dentist? Staff were very friendly for both my wife and my visits. That was not something I expected for a dentist visit. Had lots of conversations during x-rays and all the prep with the team and the dentist himself was very friendly and inviting. Quick and easy managing the insurance. Would highly recommend them!

Looks like this dentist gets only 1 star or 5 stars reviews and not much in between. Been going to Dr. Harward for 5 years and he does a good job for my teeth. Can't give 5 stars because the front office is so messed up. Getting them to communicate with my pharm for Rx refills has been like pulling teeth multiple times. They don't seem to read or respond to emails. Have had to call them 2 and 3 times to correct the same issue. On several occasions they have not been able to understand my insurance coverage causing incorrect $ charges. Seems to be a high employee turn over.

If you are a person who has a lot of nerves/anxiety surrounding the dentist, then this is the place for you! They did all they could to make me feel comfortable and relaxed as I had around 3 hours worth of dental work done this morning. Dr. Harward and his assistant, Andrice, were very calming and even had me laughing throughout the work.
In addition, when discussing my treatment options, Dr. Harward was very thorough going over the pricing and longevity of different plans.
All of the staff from front desk, to x-rays to hygienists were incredibly friendly.
If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Dr. Hayward is a great dentist. He takes time to explain procedures before any work is done. He has seen me in an emergency situation and treated me the same day. Andrice is extremely friendly and constantly checking on the clients to make sure they are comfortable. I was constantly updated on wait times, what to expect during my appointment, and after care. These two have made me a loyal client of their dental clinic.

Awful admin. experience. They duplicate bills and charges, can't provide a list of what's being invoiced for, sent duplicate bills months after the original had been paid, then sent the erroneous charges to collections after they confirmed on the phone twice that the account had been paid in full. It's wild how backwards their admin. office is and can't even get simple tasks handled. Save yourself the headache and find another dentist that can figure out how to do billing.
