I had a traumatic accident and knocked both of my front teeth out. I didn't know what to do other than drive straight to Dr. Waite's office. He and his staff were extremely sympathetic and helpful rearranging the afternoon schedule just to make sure I was taken care of in this urgent situation. They spent hours working to successfully save my front teeth.
I cannot say enough about how helpful and professional his entire staff is and what an excellent doc Jared Waite is. Marla, Mitch, Janine, and Dr. Waite are truly the best, most professional staff that a person could be treated by. I have been a patient of Dr. Waite since he was in Falcon and I trust him explicitly with myself and my family.

About a year ago I was diagnosed with sever sleep apnea. Dr Waite was able to fit me in a device that has made a drastic improvement in my quality of life. It was the end of the year and I had met my deductible so it was critical that his office move quickly to get the device ordered before the end of year. They worked efficiently to get it done for me! He contacted me throughout the year on several occasions to verify my progress and recently requested I get an in-lab sleep study done so he would fully understand if the device was working properly. Severe sleep apnea is a serious condition and I'm glad Dr. Waite has shown so much concern for my well being. To top it off, my new dog destroyed my device. Dr. Waite and his staff worked quickly to get me in to order a replacement which will hopefully arrive before the end of the year!
I also saw Dr. Waite for a crown this year. An old filling fell out on a Friday. Dr. Waite asked me a series of questions to assess my condition, then gave me his direct cell to contact him if any problems occurred over the weekend. I don't like getting dental work done and was extremely nervous, but Dr. Waite and his staff made it such a pleasant experience that I would recommend them for all your dental needs. If you are looking for a great dentist with a friendly staff, I would give Dr. Waite's office a call.

I flew my wife from Columbus to Colorado Springs to specifically have Dr. Waite do her work for three reasons:
1. The cost of doing the work even with flying her there was less than doing it locally in Columbus.
2. Dr. Waite practices biomimetic dentistry which preserves more of the tooth and is less intrusive.
3. Dr. Waite's office staff is quite professional.
Dr Waite did work for me as well, filling some cavities and building me a device to sleep with so I don't grind my teeth during the night.
I would refer anyone and everyone to him.
