I called disease control, HIV and other offices as this office refused to give us our gold tooth or pay all our money back to us.
We were given someone's tooth because dentist want to keep our gold crown. This tooth could carry a disease such as HIV.
We need help as we don't know what or where to go. Thank you.
Gold crown was taken out and we asked for it back it wasn't our gold crown. We called back to their office they said the lab kept it we called again they said it was his temporary before they set his porcelain in. This temporary crown has dental work on it with alloyed material on it a temporary tooth is a solid white. I believe the dentist kept our gold and gave us someone else's crown. We called again this time they said they were sorry that they lost the gold crown and offered to pay 1/2 our bill. I told the dentist you either stop with the lies and give us our gold tooth back or I will turn him into the American dental Association as well make a peer review to Colorado State dental. We have dental records of this crown from a previous doctor. The crown we have now is from the mouth of another person its considered bio hazzard.

I had an appointment for a cleaning but all I was given were x rays because that's all they scheduled me for. So I should have been told that before I went in to be seen by them. And they should schedule less patience to be seen at that time two others said they had the same appointment time as myself.

I chose this place based on recommendations from the NEXT DOOR APP (for my adult son who had his front tooth missing for 2 years as the crown came off (his fault) and insurance would not cover in TEXAS. HE'S been here for few months & decided to take him here. I've never been to a dental place with so many YOUNG girls with SUPER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. every one especially KAT are VERY PROFESSIONAL & PERSONABLE. Dr PETER THEURER WAS AMAZING! HE MADE MY SON FEEL VERY WELCOMED. TOOK CARE issue ALONG WITH 2 CAVITIES & A CLEANING. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! Highly Highly recommended!!!!!
