Like most people I don't enjoy going to the dentist but this office is great. I was greeted by the front desk ladies by name and was taken back right at my appointment time. Dr. Trent Platt explained my procedure very well and I was at ease getting a crown and fillings done. I highly recommend this office if you want a knowledge and friendly staff.

My experience with Lasting impressions have left a "lasting impression" on me. Front the moment I walked in the door, I received a warm welcome from the ladies at the front desk. The office has a really welcoming vibe to it. Everyone that works there is so nice and sincere. Dr. Platt was very thorough with my consultation and offered additional advice to better suit my issues. He was very knowledgeable, as he should be but I mentioned he is a jack of all trades. I will be back for another visit.

The office and dental staff here are very professional, thorough, knowledgable, and friendly! I love the dentists' approach for discovering the source of a dental problem or concern. Things are explained well and in great detail. I felt valued as a patient. The best dental practice I've seen! Highly recommended!!

Lasting Impressions is a fantastic dental office that offers a wide range of dental practices. The best part definitely has to be the staff. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly, personable, and professional. Dr. Platt and Dr. Trent are very caring and very diligent in their work with their patients. And Melissa, who does a lot of the ortho, is fantastic. She is very thorough and informative and honestly cares about her patients! I will continue recommending this office to friends and family.

Please beware this dentist office scammed me. I was advised to have a simple procedure and I declined it. However they still charged me for the service. When I called to dispute the front desk lady acted like she personally knew the details. I corrected her and she became angry. The dentist even called and apologized about the miss understanding. The bill still went to collections.
MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BILL FOR INVALID CHARGES.
BEWARE!!! The billing department scammed me!! The dentist was nice. Billing department is SCAMMING!

Lasting Impressions is my favorite dental office ever. Always helpful, informative, and caring. The staff is top notch and Dr Platt is amazing. Very patient with our kiddo who was afraid to go to the dentist, who now is excited about cleanings. They are great with kids and adults alike. Biomimetic dentistry has been a huge blessing for our family. I love the density laser to know if something is a cavity or a stain and the minimalist approach.

Tricksters will add expensive, additional treatments onto your visit without telling you they aren't covered by your insurance. Don't go here unless you have deep pockets! I went in for a cleaning (covered by my insurance) and was tricked into a $157 gum cleaning procedure without any discussion about whether the additional procedure would be covered. I had to call 5 times before anyone addressed my concerns, and Lasting Impressions Dental Care's response is that they were just following procedure, and that they don't need to inform patients about out of pocket costs before performing these sorts of operations. If you don't like surprise bills for hundreds of dollars, then you won't like your experience with this dentist.

Get second opinions for anything major. I was well treated by the staff and was happy with my treatment overall. However, Dr Platt recommended replacing my night guard with a partial one (that doesn't cover all of the upper teeth). I wish I had asked a second opinion. All of my teeth that connected with the night guard shifted. When I mentioned this to Dr Platt, he rejected this idea immediately without even looking at the night guard in place, saying that "women of my age" sometimes have teeth movement. I have trouble believing that all of my upper teeth except the back molars just happened to shift all at once. I felt unheard and dismissed. The recommended treatment plan was $11,000. I got a second opinion, and at least now I am only $6500 out of pocket getting braces to move my teeth back into place.

I'm not one for dentists. For decades I never went to dentists. But with Jeff and his crew I finally feel comfortable. They explain procedures. They listen. And they numb you up the way you should. No pain, especially when they use their "sandblasting" tool to fix your cavities. I never thought I would actually look forward to getting my mouth cared for. Thanks Dr. Platt!

Just got a bogus bill from them for over $900. I've been all paid up for over a year, and now all the sudden a bill shows up? I thought the dentist and assistants there were originally helpful and honest. Now I feel like I'm getting scammed. Confused!
