I rate 0 stars. I see all these great reviews so I go forth with setting an appointment today. I too have insecurities with my smile and the review below made me feel this would be a good fit. Dr. Ron Kazemi saw me today for a consult to switch dentists. The Assistant Bri was AMAZING, made me so comfortable and explained everything so well. Very professional girl. Then Dr. k comes in, starts off rude. Interrupting me then proceeds to say I don't care about my teeth when my tooth loss is due to domestic violence of over 6 years one which I almost lost my life in. Then continues to ignore what I'm saying interrupted me saying he has other patients waiting for him, literally 2 minutes after approaching me when I made an appointment for 3pm so I should be entitled to my time. Mid conversation after convincing him to listen for a few minutes, he stands up and says ok well I have this patient waiting and walks away from my consult. I have worked med field for 13 years and never once have I seen a patient treated this way. I hope he goes home feeling like I did because I left in complete tears. Shame on Dr. K for favoring patients. We are taught in med field to be diverse and professional, as I was for him. Never again will I go to this office, unless its to bring the receptionist Stacy or Bri coffee because Im sure he treats them real well behind closed doors, not. As you see this man replies to all his reviews like "oh thank you", please reply to mine and explain why you were so judgemental, unproffesional, noncompassionate and truly disrespectful. Ive been frustrated and double booked at work more then I can count and have NEVER taken this approach to my patients. So shame on you. I hope you feel terrible because you ruined my blessed day that was supposed to be a beautiful day. I will also be contacting the news and BBB. As a Medical professional, I refuse to step down when patients are treated this way. It is NOT ok. As for the good reviews, I am so so glad that you didn't have to deal with this. I am still in tears just in shock someome could act that way toward a patient seeking their help. Also, Dr. K., I trusted you when I came in to build my confidence back down. Not for you to completely slaughter it. Working in Psych for 4 of my med years has taught me you can truly hurt someone with the things you say, especially a patient with ptsd and trauma. So hopefully you think the next time you want to approach a patient like this.
PS they offer discount if you rate them 5 stars. I just found this out through someone that has been going there a year. So I had to add. I wondered how they got so mamy 5 stars.

Wow, Dr. K really knows what he's doing! Not only that, but it's obvious he puts in the extra effort to get every little piece perfect. I came into their office hating my smile because I've had other dentists tell me there was nothing I could do. I can honestly say Dr. K did everything he could for me and I love my smile now! The office staff is great and super friendly too, I highly recommend this place!

Dr Kazemi and his team are truly exceptional. I have never been to any other dental office as warm and comforting as they are. Their compassion and efficiency are unmatched

This place is fantastic. From the moment you walk into the door to the moment you leave, you are provided with such excellent service and care. Dr K and his whole staff are amazing, genuine and caring. My 12 year old came with me to my appt and when we left she said “wow, that was such a nice place with very nice people”. 5 stars!

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I am new to the Colorado Springs area and had not established a primary dentist yet. I started having moderate tooth pain and was experiencing extra sensitivity to cold substances. I looked up reviews and quickly chose this place based on the stellar reviews. My experience couldn’t have been better. I was able to be seen quickly, treated with great respect and felt like I truly received quality care. I ended up needing a root canal. I had never had one and was scared to death. Dr. Kazemi made me feel very comfortable when I was in such a vulnerable state. He thoroughly explained the process and proceeded to check on me several times throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. I always hear horrible stories about “the dentist” and although this was my first significant dental procedure I can definitely say it wasn’t nearly as bad as I imagined. I give much praise to the front desk staff, hygienist, and most of all Dr. Kazemi himself. I will definitely be coming back and would definitely recommend family and friends. The professionalism, timeliness, thorough explainations and quality care is something that is rare to find these days!

I had a wonderful experience at Family Dentistry. I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a new dentist. AJ was very helpful over the phone. I had not received my insurance card and he actually did some research on my behalf and found my information for me. On the day of my first appointment the dental assistants were super welcoming and took all of my xrays. Dr.K was also very informative. He told me that I needed a crown on one of my molars since it was cracked (which explained the sensitivity I had been dealing for so long). AJ went over the finances with me and offered me some affordable options. I decided to fix my tooth at that same appointment. Dr. K was AMAZING with the shot. I did not feel anything! The office also used some pretty cool 3D printer technology to make my crown that day while I was there. It has been a week and my tooth has never felt better. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Dr. Kazemi is an amazing doctor. My sister was in so much pain and have gone to multiple dentists and they were not able to help. Dr. Kazemi, not only he did an amazing job and she is pain free, he also worked with us on the payment. I highly recommend him and his team. and diffidently worth the drive from Denver.

Dr. K is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I needed extensive dental work for the last two years and he exceeded my expectations. If you need a lot of dental work that you’re embarrassed about and want to be treated with kindness this is the place to go!
