I appreciate how Dr Thompson and his staff stay current with all the latest tools and techniques avaliable.

Every person at Pine Creek Dental is amazing. I’ve lived in Colorado Springs since 1994. Until finding Pine Creek Dental I bounced around and was completely unsatisfied. Pine Creek Dental is by far the best!!!!

Went as a new patient and my visit was not what I was expecting. I have bad dental anxiety and haven’t been to a dentist since moving to Colorado Springs last year, but this office had great reviews, so I thought I would give it a try. The waiting room is beautiful, get called back for X-rays, and then head to the chair. I tell the hygienist that I have bad anxiety and it has been too long between visits and she said not to worry, that she would explain everything. Well, that really wasn’t the case. She starts looking at my teeth, poking this thing, reading numbers, and not explaining what it is for until she is done. She checks for cavities with some laser thing, but doesn’t really tell me how many I have just that I have some. I keep thinking, “Um, when are they going to start cleaning my teeth?” Well, come to find out she said I need a deep clean, and I will have to come back. Come back? Do you know how hard it was for me to even make this appointment and show up? When I ask (mind you I had to ask) what it is, she said she would email me a video. Really? She couldn’t help out a patient with dental anxiety and explain it? All she said is I have periodontal disease, and that scared the heck out of me! She then, turns around and starts typing on the computer and doesn’t even notice I start to cry (yes, I’m a baby, and was freaked out with too much anxiety) but the hygienist didn’t even bother to turn around to talk to me. She then left and said she was going to get the dentist. She didn’t even put up my chair, so I’m sitting there waiting for the dentist in the most uncomfortable position ever, and she isn’t even in the room for me to ask her to put the chair up. I then figure that they must be leaving me down so the dentist can look at me. Wrong. As soon as the dentist comes in, they put the chair up. The dentist introduces himself and then says he won’t even look at my teeth until I get the deep cleaning. The dentist then asks if I used GPS to get there. He was more interested on where the GPS took me than to get to know me and ease my fear or anything else. The hygienist then hands me a pamphlet on periodontal disease and takes me to schedule my deep cleaning. The hygienist says I need an authorization from insurance, and the scheduler says that she doesn’t think she will get the authorization back before my newly scheduled deep cleaning, but no big deal. Really? So, if the insurance denies the work, then I have to pay out of pocket, and they didn’t tell me how much it will cost. Overall, this was just not a great appointment for someone like me who is already feeling terrible about not going for a long time and dealing with dental anxiety. With lots of other offices in Colorado Springs, I don’t feel like I need to be at this office. I need to find one who caters a little better with patients with anxiety.

We've been with Dr. Bill and team for more years now than I can remember. From day one we've been treated as his own family members. Their attention to our experience in the chair no matter the procedure is outstanding. They are careful on all fronts to avoid infection or pain.

Not allowing Pine Creek Dental the opportunity to compete for your family's dental health is a mistake as far as I'm concerned.

Dr. Thompson and all the staff were wonderful!

I am kind of terrified of going to the dentist but Dr. Thompson and his entire staff make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. From the beautiful & calm atmosphere, fuzzy warm blankets and kindness, this place is the best. Also they have amazing & fast crown technology!

The front desk staff is welcoming and polite. I received a very thorough cleaning by Dana. She is knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Thompson is very informative and professional. I had a great experience and will definitely return.

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and nice. The atmosphere is always pleasant and make you feel comfortable with whatever you are getting done. Dr. Thompson is great at explaining procedures and making you feel comfortable! I have been going here since I was a teenager and always am satisfied!
