I was saying we needed to go see a dentist in Colorado Springs when we go out there to visit friends this past summer and then I was referred to Tuttle Family Dentistry. Now I'm obsessed with you guys. Great services and a very friendly and inviting staff! I will be back when I’m in town again.

I tried to get over the fact that what they quoted me was way under what I actually paid OUT OF POCKET was. I ended up paying an additional THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more than what I even paid at the time of visit for the "quote".
So I call, get it worked out, okay whatever, no big deal. Just fix my bite, please, cause it hurts.
So I go in, the dental assistant, or whatever the hell their title is, says well since it's a tooth that we didn't work on, we need to do another diagnostic test and do another x-ray (more money)....Okay, why? I told you guys from the first time I came in for just my cleaning that that tooth was the only one actually bothering me. So I tell her, I dont want to do the x-ray. So she says "okay then I'll walk you to the front".
WOAH now, wait a minute. You said the reason my tooth could be hurting still was because of the bite issue? So you're not going to check for the bite at least? Her- "well since it wasn't one we worked on we still have to do another diagnostic test to see the real issue but we can still test for the bite to make sure it's aligned" (at this point she's already walked me half way out the doggone building). So I tell her, "you just told me the issue could still be the bite not even 5 minutes ago...so why would you not check that?" Then she begins to still keep pushing getting another x-ray done. So I tell her I'm just going to go.
Long story short they did NOT address my REAL issue I had been stating since the first one of three visits, they're over priced, dishonest, and RUDE. I cannot honestly express how dissatisfied I am with this company.

This place is awesome... they run a tight ship, they are really organized and everyone is super friendly, personal and professional all at the same time.. i've been there 2 or 3 times already and I never wait more than a few minutes before they take me in... Dr. Colt is incredible.. young, cool guy but has many years under his belt... he started his career at 16 which means he has vast experience but also the knowledge of the latest and greatest... he was able to do something to save my teeth that no one else in this city would have been able to do...because he's so in tune with the latest techniques...i'm feeling soooooo blessed to have found him...and on top of that, they're providers for Care Credit (a credit card that gives you 0% apr for one year on medical, dental, vision, vet care) which made my life so much easier... thank you Dr. Colt for saving my smile. I can't even begin to thank you (you saved me MANY thousands of dollars) and to the crew, thank you for all you do.... you guys are AMAZING ! P.S.... you play awesome music....lol

NOT a good place. The receptionists are rude, the hygienists are impatient, and no one explains anything. Every time I get service here, I always come back for corrections. Prices are way over the top for their service, and all they want is to get you out of the door and make profit. Nobody knows anything about insurance, and out of pocket costs are nauseating. Don't go here.
