Woodmen Views Dentistry

I've been visiting Dr. Moore and Woodmen Views since 2015. The staff is very professional and create a very friendly and comfortable environment. Dr. Moore is an excellent dentist, and always goes above and beyond to provide thorough and proficient explanation. All members of the staff at Woodmen views are always very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Highly Recommended!!

Excellent. Dr. Moore and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and listened and acknowledged all of my concerns. All concerns were answered and procedures explained in advance.

Having recently moved, I had just chipped a crown and needed to find a dentist fast. I reviewed a few places and settled on Woodmen Views based on the reviews. Dr. Moore was able to fit me in that afternoon, lucky me.

I have since had a cleaning and some other work. I am very satisfied with my results and highly recommend this practice.

Went for fillings. Still hurt months later.. Ended up going back twice because one fell off and the other was sharp enough to cut my cheek. Redid my filling. 6 months later it still hurts.
Went to another dentist, they said I had one of the largest fillings they ever had seen.
During the second filling I learned what burning tooth smelt and tasted like as chunks were hitting the back of my throat.
Now I need crowns because two teeth are basically fillings and are still hurting.
Both me and my wife had bad feelings about this place.
The intern who did my x-rays seemed to have never done it before.
Only good thing is the view you see from the chair.

Update
A year later they have sent me a fricken bill for the teeth they messed up. Im.not even 30 and I need crowns because of them. I have zero idea why they have a 4.8 review unless they paid for them or they delete the bad ones.

Woodmen Views Dentistry is great! Everyone (especially Dr. Moore) is very nice and does their job well. Highly recommend!

I have a little phobia about dental visits so I was looking for a dental provider who would make me a little more at ease during them. Dr. Moore and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have great confidence in them all. From the folks up front when you check in, right up to the doctor himself, they are all kind and let you know what they're doing and what to expect along the way. You're not just a number with these folks. I'm glad we found them when we moved here and don't think we could have ever found better. If I could give them six stars, I would.

Dr. Moore Rocks it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist. Hadn't been in over 5+ years, had 9 cavities, and Dr. Moore rocked it. Made me feel right at home, very comfortable, amazing staff. Overall great experience.

I've had poor customer service in the past with large corporate dentists, so I found Woodmen Views Dentistry online and decided to give them a chace. Dr. Moore and his staff are absolutely AMAZING. They treat you like family and make your entire experience as painless as possible. I recently went in for my 6 month cleaning and a week later, I still cannot stop thinking about how wonderful my experience was. I would highly recommend Woodmen Views Dentistry!!

Why wouldn't the best dentist in town have the best VIEWS in town? Dr. Moore's office is on a hilltop on Woodmen Road. He and his staff are tremendous, and you will love going to the dentist from now on. They are very caring, friendly and thoughtful in their work. I needed a 6 tooth bridge, and it turned out so perfect that nobody can tell it from my real teeth. Outstanding ***** Highly recommended.

Dr. Moore is a great dentist and has an awesome practice. The facilities are clean and well maintained and all of his staff is excellent and very friendly. As an optometrist with my own clinics I know that you can't take those things for granted. I've been a patient of Dr. Moore's for a few years and I'm going to keep seeing him going forward because I am just so happy with my experiences at his office.

Dr. Moore personally called me to discuss a mistake that his staff made. His staff claimed that my dental work work was covered by my insurance. A few months (approximately 9 months) later I kept receiving bills from the office stating that I had a remaining balance. I was told from the billing dept. that my insurance was accepted at his office prior to my initial appointment. It was again reaffirmed at my visit. So when I received the bill statement stating that I had a balance, I payed it no mind until Dr. Moore called me one evening to tell me that $300 balance would have to be payed. His receptionist did not realize that my insurance company was accepted but only specific plans under Aetna. After about 10 minutes of dialogue with Dr. Moore on the phone we agreed to split the bill 50/50 ALTHOUGH I felt I should not be held liable for an incompetent staffing issue. She should know her job well enough to inform and provide customers accurate information. He assured me that she was no longer working for the office and made the same mistake to other clients as well. To make a long story short Dr. Moore felt bad for my experience from the billing aspect and decided to not charge me at all. I was thankful that he humbly sided with my viewpoint.
All in all, his service that I received for my dental work was outstanding. The staff seemed really nice throughout my visit. Dr. Moore was highly detailed about my dental x-ray results. He talked me through all of my options moving forward so he was very transparent and honest. I appreciate the fact that he was not aggressive about getting any work done unless I felt comfortable moving forward and scheduling dental work at my own pace. Finally, I ended up moving out of state so I will no longer need his services but I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Moore for dental work!
