staff was nice. dr. jeong looked at 1 xray & without so much as looking in my mouth told me I'd cracked my tooth in half & needed to spend $6400 on an extraction & an implant. noticed a long, smeared 5' blood streak (maybe it was brownie batter?) on the wall got the heck out of there! went for a 2nd opinion from crow hill & looking at the same xray AND examining me dr Nichols said there is no crack, I just need a root canal. if you can avoid this place it's in your best interests!

Started off great with nice people and good friendly service. After having a tooth pulled I had 2 cavities filled on teeth that did not hurt. Since then I have been in terrible pain and have been back 3 times. I got a phone call cancelling my apt about 3 hours before my last apt because they had a glitch in their system and could not verify my insurance and since then (2 weeks later) same glitch means they can't do anything for me and will take up to 4 more weeks to resolve and I should probably consider going somewhere else to have fixed what they messed up. Rediculous, poor customer service, bad outcome. Very unhappy and just can't believe they are unwilling to help me after they have left me in such bad pain.....won't be back. :(

I used to have grand mal seizures and completely destroyed my teeth from a medication that I use to take. These guys planned out everything for me to get my teeth. I went in a couple visits and they finally got my dentures ready only to deny me service because I would not wear a mask because I choose not to get the covid-19 vaccine and would not wear a mask on the last visit went it came time to get my teeth. I haven't heard a word from them and they charged thousands for it. WowThese guys only cared about the money not to help me out.I really am overwhelmed. I give it a 00000 stars. Now I have lost my Medicaid over this issue. There are no words 😢

Thanks to Lydia and dr. Jeong I was able to relieve a lot of my tooth pain from a cavity, they were able to take care of it the same day eventhough i just came in for a check up. I would definitely recommend this place

When I had insurance last year, I decided to switch dentists from downtown Denver to be closer to home in Conifer. The dentist in the city said I needed a crown on one of my molars. When I went to Comfort Dental, they said I didn’t, particularly because the dentists there are “much more conservative” about preventative dental work and insisted I didn’t need it. Now four months later, I didn’t know I lost my insurance - and that molar is broken in half. Now I’ll have to pay out of pocket $900. At my old dentist. Thanks Comfort Dental.

Dr. Jeong proved to be knowledgeable and offered advice regarding my previous dental work and how it influences my future. She was incredibly kind, gentle and thoughtful. I’m so grateful I found her.

New costumer on the 5th of this month. Was told by the dentist I needed the more expensive cleaning, that’s fine, I haven’t been since I last had dental insurance. Was told it was going to be $54 out of pocket. Paid before I left, but just got another $50 bill tonight in the mail. Will end up paying $100 on a $200 dollar bill. Think I’ll be checking out somewhere else in the future.

Great DR.S work here! and Do all that they can do! and Trust Me! they help and do More then most or Help out Knowing They only office up in a area where many people need help or care and cant get to or drive to city to get other dental work done! Karma is no JOKE!! and no matter what is said bad or good about them iam telling you ... They do alot for they people and they have big hearts and care for the people they see!!
