The desk receptionists are very rude, and seem to reflect a very negative, judgemental attitude towards the customers. From my own personal experience they give you no leniency, We had an appointment, and called hours ahead to cancel do to being sick, and the desk receptionist was really rude and mean about it, and told us we can't go there. If we're not going to make it. When we called in hours ahead of time to say we weren't going to be making it. I recommend you sign a different dentist office if you don't want to be treated like garbage.

I'm not really sure what Ashley here is talking about. I haven't been to the dentist for a long time and frankly I was worried about how it was going to go. Angie and the staff at Cortez Smiles couldn't have been more cordial, accomodating and professional. And the hygienist Laura was wonderful and funny... she and Dr. Bryner were also the epitome of professionalism and actually left me feeling quite optimistic and confident about what I before felt was an embarrassing and daunting situation. Thank you, everyone at Cortez Smiles. :)
