I went in for a broken tooth, a week later it was hurting worse than before. They neglected to see my actual fractured tooth, and wanted me to come back in. I just felt that were neglectful to me as a patient.

Dr Messer is fantastic! She explains everything she's doing as she goes, is very patient with questions and thorough in her answers and her work, prioritizes the issues I've got and gives a very good step by step plan on what needs to be done to get everything taken care of. She's awesome!

Had a molar pulled,he cracked the tooth next to it and was really hush hush about it. It was very traumatic. I told him 3 times I wasn't numb but he didn't listen until I had tears rolling down my cheeks.
I went back a year later out of desperation and he put a temp filling in a broken tooth and said,"If it falls out,it falls out." It came out that night.

I seen Dr.chapin back in February 2017 he did a root canal on a molar but when I left I noticed that I still had part of my tooth in my mouth also when he was drilling at my molar he lost control of his drill and smacked into my front tooth and hit it very then he said your ok but I also noticed he cracked my front tooth I wanted to go back to him and complain to him but I just got more upset and decided not to return to his office I really should o if move forward and got a layer and Sue him but again I was just sick of this I also have been told by others that he was a drunk I do believe this I can only hope that they put him in jail because he deserves it

I had a dental evaluation done yesterday at my new dentist office only to find out that all of my previous fillings need to be redone due to improper dental care. I have been in pain since April due to fragments that are embedded in my jaw bone because of improper drilling and poor dental services. I could not eat on each tooth that was worked on for over a month and had constant bleeding. I was told by Doctor Clifford Chapin that it was normal and that I had a sensitive mouth. I strongly advice everyone to not use this dentist. I'm filing a formal complaint. Not only will I now have to go through the misery of getting the work redone, I am also not reimbursed for this cost.
