Mason is very knowledgeable! He is very accomplished in Dentistry. He has used the lasers for cavity removal on both of my kids. They were not numb and didn't experience any pain. I didn't have to worry about them biting their lips. He also has another laser to reduce muscle pain. I've used this with success as well! Thank you Mason!

I am well aware of my grandson's visit with his mother Cecilia Hathcock. She did not even know what CHP+ was...so she did NOT tell you she had CHP+. I have been in the dental field for 40 years and all my offices verify INS for a patient BEFORE they are seen. AND we would NEVER turn someone over for COLLECTION in less than two weeks after initial visit and WITHOUT EVEN SENDING a statement.
Does your office not ask for a copy of a patient's INS card. MEDICAID is a definite card...as is CHP+ which is a Delta Dental of CO plan. I question that your staff spent much time on this. I have spent a lot of time if a Humana or BCBS plan...but MEDI is MEDI and CHP+ is CHP+. Both are covered by a portal.
From your reviews...it looks like you are a fine dentist and I ask that you chalk this up to a learning experience and write off this balance. A patient or their parent should be told that you do not accept their INS or that you are having a problem verifying coverage BEFORE they are taken in back for treatment.
We do not even know what Roland was charged for or what fee schedule was used.

The office didn’t inquire about location of our previous records which included radiographs and other history which would have provided insight into our dental health status. Even after I inquired if they had obtained the records they didn’t ask for information so they could obtain said records.
