I am terrified of the dentist but I absolutely love Dr. Moore and his team of hygienists/assistants. They are always patient and understanding and keep me calm by making jokes or talking to me and constantly checking in to see how I’m doing.
My issue is with the front desk person, Beth. I was a patient for over two years and Beth used to be very nice, but I saw her attitude change with myself and other patients about a year ago. I remember overheating hI really didn’t think too much of it or let it bother me because I really liked going to Dr. Moore. I missed an appointment ONE TIME because I overslept during finals week. I called to apologize and offered to pay a fee for the missed appointment because it was totally my fault. Beth was so rude and not understanding or willing to work with me at all. She told me she didn’t want to let me pay any fees and that I was dismissed from their practice. I understand rules are rules and I messed up, but I was a patient for over two years when Beth constantly changed my appointments to different times or days and I was always willing to help them out by changing my appointment day and/or time and I was always understanding when my appointments had to be cancelled when someone was sick or whatever the case was so to dismiss me as a patient for missing one appointment seemed extreme and unfair. I moved out of state so I didn’t make a fuss about it, but just be careful if you are a patient here!

My recent appointment at Four Corners Dental was probably the best experience I’ve had going to the Dentist. All the staff was incredibly friendly, Mr. Moore was very educating in his exam and explained to me very throughly what he thought I needed to get my dental health back on track. His dental assistant helped me to understand in detail my dental plan as well as the financial break down which always confuses me. I am thankful to have found this office. Highly recommended!
