Really wonderful practice! They are very patient-oriented. Don't feel like just a #$; and in emergencies, they get you in immediately unlike some docs who overbook and have too many patients. The employees seem genuinely happy to be there. Good work environment speaks highly to me.

Best experience at a dentist office I’ve ever had. The receptionist (Shalon, I think?) is kind and helpful, having no problem changing my appointment multiple times. The woman who cleaned my teeth was so gentle and thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Brimhall was very personable and reassuring as well, and I left feeling better than I did when I went in. I almost can’t wait to go back :)

I had a hole in one of my teeth that I had to get fixed. I called them on Monday and they were able to get me in the very next day. I was in and out within an hour. He does some amazing work as you can't even tell which tooth he fixed. Very happy with the work I had done.

I go to a cleaning every 6 months and love going to the dentist. This has been one of the worse cleanings, bad interactions with the dentist, hygienist, and assistant. My appointment also took over one hour when they previously just took 30 mins and that included x-rays, scaling measurement, cleaning, and dentist exam. If you are taking so long, you probably shouldn't have your kids and dog at the office interrupting. I also had to remind them that they didn't polish my teeth and the assistant was hitting my teeth with side of the tool the entire time. I feel like she barely polished and just quickly went over the tool with very minimum polish. She also didn't floss my teeth properly after and does not know how to floss with my permanent retainers in. They also include very unnecessary things like a cancer screening that they won't do but will still "charge" you for. Make sure to check your bill with them.
I look forward to my cleaning every 6 months and was very disappointed with this cleaning. I did not leave with my teeth feeling clean and fresh. Maybe I am just used to a higher standard from previous dentist offices but just know that you can find a better quality dental cleaning/exam at another office.

I was happy to see the hygienist immediately and to have the cleaning process in the right order. The hygienist is excellent, gentle and thorough. The second gal was quiet and still learning for polishing but did a good job.
