The doctor here only accepts medicaid so he can get money, but he will not work on your teeth even if you are in pain and have been told by another dentist that I did need my teeth worked on immediately to stop the pain. This place is a scam.

My fiance went in to have a cavity filled, and Dr. Collins told her they couldn't do anything (while being pregnant) and to come back in 6-7 months after giving birth. Then referred her to have a tooth pulled, that didn't need to be pulled. To top it off, they charged her for filling two cavities that they said they couldn't do. Was recommended this place by several people unfortunately. After consulting with another dentist, she the care necessary. Will never refer a business with such shady practices.

Went to Fort Morgan Family dentistry after a change in insurance. I was told I needed a dental deep cleaning. Visited another dentist who said I was not even close to needing a deep clean after taking measurements and X-rays. Medicaid users, travel out of town. Don’t get taken advantage of because you can’t afford better.

I came here three years ago to get a few fillings. I told him one of the molars he was filling had a whole in the back of it that was concerning to me. He didn't put a mirror back in my mouth to check, he simply told me that it was a "bump" On my tooth that felt the way it felt because of my tongue.
Even after I told him I could stick things in it and food was getting caught in it. I asked again because it didn't sound right and even after he filled the tooth I could still feel the whole. He just said it again, kind of exasperated with me. Fast forward two years later all of the cavities I had filled seem to have cavities AGAIN. And the "bump" is now so open that I'm sure I need to have this tooth removed. I don't think this Doc actually knows what he's doing. Might need some more schooling or the training wheels put back on. I have never had this experience before. I will not be going here again.

I went there with my son and they was so awesome with him. They showed him his teeth pics, let him touch whatever he wanted to know what tools as for what, explained to us both what they would be doing and how. They are so friendly and nice. You really do feel comfortable and they make you feel like they care

Efficient, friendly, flexible and great service! Brittany was always so kind on the phone and very helpful with scheduling. The doctor and hygienist were professional and easy to relate with. Definitely made for a great visit!

Not happy with the Dentist.
My gums have receded so my top plate cracked. I have Medicaid. Made the appointment, went, asked him if he could at least try to glue or something to keep my top one from cracking further while getting new one made. He Wouldn't even attempt it.
Made 2nd appointment. He ONLY made a mold of my gums!
Did not make a mold of my dentures. I want my new ones to look EXACTLY like my old ones.
And NOW... the office is Closed until the 2nd of July!
Called trying to leave message to Cancel Everything. Recording says, " Calls will be returned daily".
Except it DOESN'T let you leave a message!
SERIOUSLY disappointed with this office.
