They did a great job with my teeth, but they need to get their billing together. I went there in October and got a cleaning and x-rays and then saw on my insurance claim that they also added 4 extractions that I never had obviously. I've been calling them several times since then to sort it out and every time they say they are going to fix it and now on February 11th (4 months later), they send me my first statement ever, still including the overcharge. In fact, anything before November shows as "balance forward" without even details mentioning the extractions; sketch. I'm not going back to this dentist either they don't have a clue, or they are dishonest.

We have delta dental and found this dentist to be VERY SKILLED, personable and caring. My husband had a bunch of stuff scheduled we prepaid cash in advance for the “quote” and still owed after insurance (which I know from experience it is just a quote) and it took me several months on my end bevore I had the chance to get a payment plan scheduled and they went above and beyond being understanding and willing to work with whatever I was able to pay in monthly installments . I feel like they are more than reasonable and honest , the owner Dr coons even adjusted our bill bc insurance took forever to cover andto my knowledge insurance didn’t quite cover what they said they would snd bc it took so long for insurance he felt it responsible somehow on his end and was kind enough to do what he felt was justifiable and right. HOWEVER I know our situation is personable to our specific experience but I’ve received other than that nothing but HIGH QUALITY WORK, cosmetic help, thorough communication during visits ,skilled knowledge and proactive snd preventative steps to keep my smile healthy , in my interactions with staff and dentist they are honest , caring and extremely professional and I’m very grateful for this office and the services and knowledge and professionalism and care they provide for their customers. This review is true and honest , and not reviewed solely on personal gains, even if I did have something less than positive to say (in regards to an experience) I would still review true to the business and credit positively to their offerings. They are a personable and fantastic dental office and staff period.

Im newly back in the valley and was having a hard time finding a decent dentist in the area, until I found Glenwood Meadows Dental. I had a severely infected tooth and was very leary about having an extraction performed due to a horrible experience several years back. Not only did Dr. Benjamin ease my fears but he explained in great detail everything he was going to do beforehand and and while he was doing it. He made sure to ask several times throughout if I was doing ok and made the procedure so much more calming. Its been 4 hours since the procedure and I have zero pain. I cant believe I feel so great. After my last extraction experience at a different dentist years ago i was in excruciating pain for weeks. I am so thankful to have found such a caring and great dentist. Thank you so much. I wont be going anywhere else for my future dental needs.

We were in Glenwood Springs on vacation when my husband developed severe pain and swelling in his jaw. We called Delta Dental who sent us a list of in-network dentists. We started calling and Dr. Coon's receptionist found a way to work him in that same afternoon. Everyone in the practice was incredibly nice and helpful and Dr. Coon was able to treat the infection until we could get back home. It has been our experience that too often people won't go out of their way to help in a situation like this and we are so grateful for compassionate practices like this.

I'm surprised Kait M had a bad experience. My wife and I have been patients at the office since moving to the area over 6 years ago. It was always okay, but had become even better since Benjamin Coon bought the practice 5 years ago. They are friendly, they are on time, their rates seem reasonable, my teeth remain in good condition and they always squeeze me on the rare occasion I suffer tooth ache. We have referred many friends to this practice and I do not hesitate to recommend it.

It bums me out so badly to know that even being an existing patient and getting new insurance, they would not take it. CHP plus for the kids and Rocky Mountain Health plans for us adults. It sucks because this was the first dentist I went to in a over a decade that I was not afraid of. And now we are without the great dentist due to insurance.

When I sighed and said, " I guess cancel all my appointments then." The receptionist hung up on me. Great way to show they care.

Paid cash at time of service and then about a month later received a bill for that exact amount. Domt pay them in cash apperently in 2022 we still have to worry about front desk thievery or total billing incompetence. Dont go here.

I have not been to the dentist in years, due to a bad previous experience. The staff was very helpful, and the dentist put my fears at ease. After several appointments, I feel very comfortable with Dr. Coon. All of my appointments were pain free and my teeth feel healthy again. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Coon is honest and has great skills. His team is also very nice and professional. I was very impressed with the work he did , root canal, bridges, fillings, and providing honest options moving forward. I live 40 minutes away and have other local options but choose to drive. Ben and his staff are experienced and are wonderful people that care. Highly recommended!

Totally agreed with review Kait M the word is AWFUL.
Went there on July paid all necessary fees and was reassured that " is all from my part". Surprised bill came 3 month later with note that I am "late on my payments". When ask how this happened got lame excuse about " crack in the system". Paid that time and made a mistake go to that place again for my 6 month free cleaning.
Got another surprised bill ( two visits two surprised bills so far ). insurance said that " claim from office came with different code ".
AVOID this place if you looking for honest business with ethics and don't want to have surprise bills with every single visit.
