Yes Dental Care

I Had a root canal done today. I was very nervous in the beginning for I've had bad experiences in past with other dentists. Dr McKnight and crew were very comforting and reassuring. Hour and half later it was done and i was ready to go with no pain or stress. Highly recommend.

The staff are super polite and professional and they really do try to make you feel comfortable but I became increasingly concerned about their competence in what they were doing after several strange and alarming incidences in which I got the impression that there may be a lack of experience there. After me and my husband had both witnessed a couple of unusual and concerning incidences revolving around our dentist, my husband spoke up and said he would only like to be seen by the other dentist there. He requested this twice and they still proceeded to send the same dentist in. We have now switched to a new dental office. Just don't want anyone else to have problems here because no one said anything.

I had a very horrific experience at yes dental. I went in for some fillings about 6 months ago and I have had to return to their facility at least 5 or 6 times to get my bite readjusted. I just recently went in and perhaps two or three teeth need root canals or worse!! Before I went in I had no pain and have had nothing but excruciating pain since I visited this facility. I am very concerned with the competence of the dentists here and I am seriously worried that they have ruined my teeth permanently. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

Dr. McKnight's level of care has dropped exponentially over the years. My last appointment with him was awful, he was overly forceful with a treatment I couldn't afford and was subsequently vigorous removing teeth and cracked another. My family and friends left this practice already, and I'm gone now too.

I will never go to yes dental again, the assistants are ok but the actual dentists will belittle you like no other. They refused to listen to my concerns and also made me feel like child. If you want two teeth filled together so you can eventually lose both of them you should go to yes dental!

I have been going to yes dental for a few hey, after I decided I needed dental implants. Not able to get them done right away and getting infection in my permanent teeth Dr. Paul says he can't give me antibiotics because I made a care plan with someone else, which I didn't I just had consults with different dentist who do implants looking for a less expensive plan. So thanks for not helping me. Yes dental it's more like NO dental.

This place is a joke!! I went in for a filling, they drilled too deep on my tooth and after weeks of pain they said I needed a root canal. During the root canal that I paid lots of money for They penetrated my sinuses and every time I would bend my head over old blood would come pouring out of my nose. They told me this was normal..The tooth continued to hurt for months after. I finally went back after getting an infection and they had to extract the tooth. That’s not the end though, I went back after a month because my mouth wasn’t healing, the dentist laughed and told me he wasn’t sure why I was having such issues and referred me to see an oral surgeon. Upon seeing the surgeon he informed me my mouth was infected again n that he would have to go back in after finishing a round of antibiotics to clean out the socket because they failed to do so n I have dead bone n possibly pieces of the tooth they pulled left behind. I should have never went back after the filling but these ppl were convincing that it was just my tooth and not their lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone EVER!! They are not good dentist n it’s almost like they guess at everything rather than know. I wouldn’t have even given 1 star but it doesn’t let me leave a review and warn other folks without doing so. If you are thinking about going here I suggest you turn around and run fast!!! BEWARE!!! I don’t even know how they are still operating!! I’ve turned this place into the state!!!

Back in January this year I was really impressed with this office until just today when I went for my scheduled appointment (which was scheduled months ago) and when I arrived I was told they cancelled my appointment. The hygienist had a family emergency! I called friday the last business day before my scheduled appointment to confirm as I had not gotten my phone call confirming it. I showed the call that was placed to their office on 6/13 to confirm. They still sent me away anyway and wasted my time and gas getting to their office. Totally unprofessional! This is the 2nd doc office in the grand valley thats done this to me!

DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!!! I caught them in two lies. I had X-rays from another dentist and yes dental said their was a cavity. I said to hold off and just do the teeth cleaning. They said the hygienist was sick. I asked the front counter then why they didn't call me to reschedule. They said they don't clean on the first visit. I said that's what I made the appt. for. So I went to another dentist and he looked at the X-Ray and my teeth and their was no cavity. This place will Scam you for insurance money. That is ridiculous they will drill away teeth in your mouth when you don't need it. STAY AWAY!!!

I am 15 weeks pregnant and had to have a root canal done on my front tooth, the office did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. They were also super fast and professional.
