The staff here is polite and on top of things. I've not been fond of dentists... until now.... they paired me with, Dr. Rudin who's very gentle and takes great pride in his work. The entire office works as a team. I now won't dread seeing the dentist in the future. Thank you staff and Dr. Rudin.

Lady who answered phone told me they do not look up if my insurance works for that office. I was told I need to look it up. She has no idea how to do her job and showed attitude. She said whatever you say sir. Taking my business elsewhere as very poor customer service for a new potential client.

First time using Altitude Family Dental. The people at the front desk immediately make you feel comfortable. The dental hygienist (Laura) was engaging,caring, and very proficient. The doctors also demonstrated active listening skills, excellent “bedside manner “, and skilled medical technique. I would definitely recommend this practice, and in fact, have my next cleaning appointment already set up 6 months out.

Amazing customer service. Any time I’ve had a dental emergency or urgent issue they get me in the same day or first thing the following day. The front office staff are very helpful finding appointments that work for my busy family schedule. Dr Adair and Dr Rudin always take time to explain everything. And the dental assistants are knowledgeable and kind.
