Doctor Hudson is a poor excuse for a doctor. My child had to see him yesterday due to an ear infection. She began crying due to a panic attack and his response was horrendous. When I the parent called him out on it he continued with his nasty tone and then stated I'm sure she has delt with bullies before.. my child is student council, popular, sweet and kind. She has never been bullied before and to have an adult man scoff, bully and act like is not ok it's terrible. I don't care if he is retiring that is NOT how you talk to a 10 year old child.. or any patient period.

As a Healthcare worker myself I'm very disappointed with this facility. Im not one that goes to the docter unless it's needed. We do our check ups and go from there. I understand COVID measures. I always want to be sure everyone is safe.l, especially during these times. But honestly this facility will hide behind its measures. I have called plenty of times to have my kids seen for ear infections, croup,etc . But its unfortunately if your child is even slightly sick its a automatic telehealth. But the worst part is that the last 3 times we have beenscheduled for Tele health no one calls. The facility will overbook and then not notify you so your kids don't get seen. It's really sad I use to think so highly of this facility but not anymore. I would rather drive 3 hours to springs for appointments then come here.

Unprofessional and rude staff! The medical director is one of the worst with attitude! Very unfortunate that all of our rural people have to settle for poor healthcare with low quality staff due to location.

I cannot believe this clinic. I had yet another problem this morning and No I am not nasty or mean or expecting too much. I had another medical problem in which I was in a lot of pain. I did send an email right after I got back home to M Sutphin and received no response, not from my email nor to my phone which I supplied the phone number. I then sent an email to J. Brooke, these people are the administrators and yet still no reply from either nearly 5 hours later. With the problems and lack of communication on their part, how can anyone trust this clinic? I could get into details regarding my visit to the clinic this morning, I choose not to while awiting a call from them. If I do not get any response I will then fully explain why and how I feel this way concerning this clinic. They are receiving a star because the receptionist was great and so was Dr. Portners nurse.

I am very upset. I had a scheduled appt for this morning and when I arrived there were 3 others waiting to be seen with appointments and another came in with a child that had an appointment. A few minutes later we were told that they were running behind because they had many walkins this morning who didnt have appointments. Then a nurse came out and said we are so sorry we will get to you as soon as we can because its so busy this time of the uear people coming in with seasonal allergies with the weather changing so much. One man said pretty good, if we are late for an appointment, they wont see us, but we can be left waiting. I can see squeezing the unscheduled patients between the scheduled paints, a little wait is ok, we can deal with that. BUT, to see ALL the walkins that are unscheduled before those with appointments is just wrong. We have our appointments schedules according to jobs etc. I have a severe health situation that needs to be followed closely, well none-the less...after waiting approximately 45 minutes to be brought back to a room I did see the nurse, was weighed, bp taken, etc...the wait was on again. I was told I would be seen next as the PA was finishing up in room 14 and my room was next. Well, that didnt happen 45 minutes after being brought back to the room, I opened my door and the nurse came and apologized for the wait again. I said its ok, I am leaving, I have had enough. I received a call from the nurse a few hours later asking if I was available this afternoon to come in, I said no ty, husband is working, she asked if she could schedule me for Tuesday morning? If I wanted an appointment for Tuesday morning I would have made one. My appointment was scheduled as follow up to being in the hospital and facing "major surgery", as I am not out of the woods and need to be followed closely. I told the nurse no thank you I will look elsewhere for a Doctor. As I left, there were still others waiting with appointments to be seen, that same man still there and very upset. This is Darlene, Manny's wife and it was my appointment not his.

If you have kids don't bother they don't want to see them unless there healthy even an infant they used to be better but since covid they've become paranoid couldn't even get my 10 month old in for a follow up for respiratory issues this place doesn't even deserve one star anymore take your kids somewhere else!

The staff and business is amazing, but dont try to call and setup an appointment you wont be able too they just give you the run around making it impossible to set-up anything. The best way to handel setting up an appointment is to just go in to the actual business the girls behind the desk are amazing at there job so from now on ill just be going in...

I'm honestly impressed with the staff, and the facility, I live an hour and a half away and I've never had a problem with them. The staff are very kind and caring, and the facility is more up to date then the one In my county.
