I had a very nice experience at Leadville Dental Center. Very professional and On-Time. Yes, I didn't wait but 5 minutes. And I did my profile questionnaire on-line and I didn't have to do (this has always bugged me when I get there and they have me re-do the same questionnaire). Dr Kraft was great. She was very relaxing when speaking with you and working on you.

I lost a filling and was not in any discomfort ... I stopped in the office and was scheduled in the next morning with Dr. Kraft at 7:30 am for x-rays and discuss options. I was in the area for my daughter’s wedding. Two days before the wedding, I accidentally hit my mouth and broke off part of my front tooth. A friend in the area referred me to Dr Monika Kraft. Dr Kraft immediately got back to me saying she could see me the next morning and she was so happy to help. She was wonderful and so kind!!! She did such a lovely job fixing my tooth and I was in and out of the office within an hour. No one could tell I had a mishap and what a joy to be able to smile for photos with confidence. While on vacation in Leadville over the July 4th holiday, I got a miserable, throbbing toothache (pain level 10… not exactly the way you want to spend your vacation), so I called Leadville Dental Center, not knowing what to expect from a small-town dental office. The staff was very friendly and helpful in confirming my insurance and getting me in to see Dr. Monika Kraft within a couple of hours. The office was very nice and modern with a beautiful view of the two highest peaks in CO - much nicer than most dental offices I’ve visited in my hometown of San Diego. Dr. Kraft did an excellent job quickly diagnosing what was causing my toothache and was very kind, caring and professional in doing so. I highly recommend Leadville Dental Center and Dr. Monika Kraft!
