I went to see Nicole after having horrible pain. I knew that I would likely need a tooth pulled, because of previous dental work and not having a reliable dentist for several years. I was correct, the tooth had to be extracted.

This was the second extraction I've had in my life, the previous was performed in another state several years prior. I was dreading the pain and recovery, which I remember as horrific.

Nicole took her time to gently extract my tooth, and now, barely three days later I have virtually no pain. She is gifted and has a soft touch.

I was also pleased that there was no feeling of judgement, or admonishing statements about proper tooth care, it was just kindness and concern for helping me, exactly what I want when I choose a dentist.

They didn’t take my insurance, but the guy that answered the phone was very friendly and professional. He gave us a list of dentists that would accept my insurance. Very friendly and helpful!

Beware of the information and advice that Nicole gives.
At the age of 45, I got my first cavity (between molars 14 & 15). At the time I was a resident of Limon, paying cash for my medical expenses. Nicole's assistant took x-rays, and performed a deep cleaning, as I had not taken good care of my teeth. (Long story about a childhood dentist that gave me 8 fillings [to unnecessarily fill in grooves], despite my mother's insistence that I thoroughly brush my teeth twice a day. Which gave me the uninformed impression that no matter how well I took care of my teeth, I was still going to be tortured by a (dishonest) dentist. So why waste 20+ hours a year?)
I needed a root canal, but Nicole showed me my x-rays and told me that my jaw bone was deteriorating so badly, that my teeth were going to start falling out soon. (Central incisor #25 was a little loose). I asked her, "If I took perfect care of my teeth from now on, will I still end up loosing teeth, and if so, how soon." She replied that my teeth are going to start falling out in the next two years.
I figured, there's no sense in paying $1,800 for a root canal, if I'm going to end up having all my teeth pulled in a couple of years and buying dentures, so I told her to just pull those two teeth.
On August 13, 2015, Nicole struggled for over 15 minutes to pull those two molars. (Despite my bone loss, my teeth were, as it turns out, still very well anchored.) I could tell by the look on her face, that she was shocked that these teeth were so hard to pull.
Today, June 6, 2019, 3 years, 10 months, 7 days later, despite only brushing my teeth a couple of times a week, with an sonic toothbrush, I still have all of my teeth, except for the two that Nicole pulled.
I should have gotten the root canal! Because Nicole pulled the very well anchored molars, if my front teeth ever do fall out, getting front dentures that anchor to the molars are no longer an option.
I gave two stars rather than one, because the deep cleaning performed by Nicole's assistant is probably responsible for my incisor tightening back up.
