Everyone was wonderful and professional. Kelsey was great and made my experience so comfortable. Finally I have found a dentistry that is awesome and makes me feel right at home.

I have been coming here for about three years now. It’s been a mix bag of service the whole time. The original dentists aren’t there anymore and the staff seems to change very frequently with the front desk and the assistants. The current staff is not the friendliest or knowledgeable on general dentistry.
I’ve had a great hygienist, ok ones, ones from other offices, and even the dentist clean my teeth. No consistency across the board.
The bad: I needed my retainers replaced and it took them three visits and many failed molds during those visits to get them. They turned out terrible but I didn’t want to take more time off to get it right. Now the retainers are falling apart after only a year or so.
Lastly, I recently went back to have a chipped tooth redone after 10 years of it being fixed initially. Their bond only held 2 weeks.. they fixed it again but who knows how long that will hold.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service and would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I so far have had very good experiences here. I get very uncomfortable with dentists but they have made me feel very comfortable and the dentist has been very informative and is great at making sure all my questions are answered and I am comfortable with every procedure.

Had a temporary crown break in 3 pieces over the holidays, my dentist was closed until January 3rd, Columbine Creek took me right in and put another temporary crown on.they saved from waiting on my own dentist and was very affordable

The cleaning was good. But I had a procedure done that probably should’ve had a second look. Instead charged a lot of money to tell me to go somewhere else for another procedure they don’t do. That’s it for me. After reading the negatives here, I felt like I’ve been robbed also.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. I went in about 2 months ago because I had a tooth that needed a crown and I needed to get it fixed. I asked them to please give me a cost breakdown prior so I know how much to expect. They said it takes about 45 minutes to get through with insurance and then they would call me to set it up. A week went by and no call so I followed up and they said they’re speaking to insurance and when they have an update they will call. 3 weeks went by and no call, my tooth chips so I go in and say what’s the hold up, I was leaving for vacation and they told me they didn’t have time to do it that day but it would be fine until I returned but scheduled my crown and had me prepay. They then told me they can’t give me an exact cost and it could be more or less there’s no way to know. I get back and go in for the crown and they told me since it chipped more on vacation they won’t be able to save it and I need an implant. To add insult to injury he said yeah if we would’ve fixed it sooner we could’ve saved it. I’m 26 and now missing a front tooth and have to pay thousands more because they told me I would be fine. I asked for a refund for the service I never got and I am so upset they clearly didn’t care enough and I don’t trust they know what they were doing.

I was in a lot of pain, went to another dentist to tell me they were not sure what was wrong and wanted to send me 40mins away for a second opinion. I called columbine creek dentistry. They saw me right away and were so friendly, comforting and took care of my pain right away. The best treatment I have ever had at a dentist office. Staff is so kind and caring.

I highly recommend Columbine Creek Dentistry. I had gone to a different dentistry where they believed I needed to get a root canal. Dr Haydon did an excellent job and was able to remove the large cavity without the root canal! My tooth feels great. The procedure was fast and painless. In addition, he also fixed a broken filling from my previous visit to the other dentistry. Overall, I had a very pleasant visit; Before beginning the procedure, Dr Haydon and the staff took the time to explain what needed to be done, and were very professional. I really appreciate the great care and attention I received, and I’m thankful to Dr Haydon for going the extra mile to get this tooth fixed. Thank you!

This place was awesome! I scheduled our cleaning appointments when we were in a different time zone and so my husband and I accidentally showed up an hour early. They went out of their way to accommodate both of us right away so we didn't have to wait. Our exams were thorough and cleanings excellent. We will be back!
