I broke a tooth a week ago and was dreading going into the dentist to get it fixed. Worried I would need to pull the tooth and get an expensive implant. I called up this morning and they were able to get me in the office just an hour and a half later.

The office is clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I don't have dental insurance so Dr. Collins was able to help me out with a discount and I was able to get a root canal and a crown at a VERY affordable price.

Dr. Collins was very friendly and professional. He put on some Bob Marley to help me relax during the procedure, and talked me through everything that he was doing. They have the machine to create the crown in their office so you don't have to go somewhere else to get it made.

In total I was probably in the office an hour and a half. Went home with some mild pain relievers, but I haven't needed to use them. The crown looks great, very very mild pain that is quickly going away as everything heals up.

I will be coming back to this office for all my dental needs. I highly recommend anybody looking for a new dentist or anybody new to the area to go in and see these guys. They have a very good first patient discount as well. Thanks Dr. Collins and team!

Bluebird Family Dentistry is the only place I trust! I have been to so many dentist offices and I never felt comfortable there. I felt very comfortable and welcomed at Bluebird. They are the only highly rated dentistry that accepts Medicaid. The staff is wonderful, the assistants, dentist and orthodontist are a true joy to work with! They are always very kind. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Collins and his staff are amazing! I’ve been going there for about 8 years and every time I go in I get treated very well. Dr.Collins has been my dentist for about 3 years and he is amazing. He’s totally a people person and makes you feel comfortable. The entire staff looks like they all get along and works well with each other. What I also like is that they don’t pressure you to got work done if you need it then and there. They allow you to reschedule and/or give you options that’ll fit in your budget.

I recently started taking my kids there as well and they enjoy it. Yes, I said they enjoy going to the dentist. Everyone is so nice and they also get to choose goodies from a box after they get their cleanings done. Will continue to recommend this office to friends and family and I will continue to go as well.

Absolutely love the staff and office. They treat you like family and actually make going to the dentist a decent experience. It's the first time in years that I haven't just felt like a dentist was treating me as a potential dollar sign. They actually care about my care and best interests. I highly recommend going there.

I had come to this office for several treatments and cleanings for about a year . I have not been back for close to two years. I recently received an invoice back in December that was not itemized through their e-billing portal. I paid the invoice in the e-billing portal and never received a receipt nor did the invoice state what the charge was for. I have called four times in the last two weeks and left messages as well as sent two emails, no one will respond to my simple request to email me an itemized receipt for the charge. Funny when you’re a paying customer there somehow they are cooperative and friendly. I stopped going because I was overcharged for treatments, told I needed unnecessary treatments and on top of that charged late fees multiple times when I rescheduled my appointments in their own automated system that is faulty.
The last conversation I had was trying to schedule a cleaning and the impudent receptionist, instantly jumped to having a conversation about my “late fees” and payment was due, when all I wanted was to schedule a cleaning. She lectured me about my cancellations with no regard to what I was calling about or what was going on in my life and my with schedule. It wouldn’t have mattered if I had to leave the country due to a family death. She talked over me and then passed the phone to Dr. Collins who then told me “he doesn’t have time to discuss as he is very busy” I never asked your robot of a receptionist to pass the phone over to you in the first place. I just wanted to schedule a time to come in for a cleaning. But obviously the truth of the matter is you’re more concerned about collecting a $50 cancellation fee then your patients themselves. Petty, never returning and I’ve never felt so insulted as a patient.
I’m still waiting for an itemized invoice by the way for an $81.26 charge and I haven’t had a treatment there for almost two years.

The doctor was great highly recommend him actually ended up signing up my kiddos as well as I was coming to him with a failed root canal hack job from a different dentist needless to say I was already highly concerned after my bad experience with bright smile, he went over and Beyond to make me feel reassured and took very good care my dental needs love that it's a family ran establishment as well being a small business owner myself I know how important it is to have the good customer service and bedside manner and he was awesome...

My 6 year old son needed fillings and he was so good with him! He did great and was so brave throughout the whole experience! I did not go in the room so that Dr Collins and his awesome staff could focus on my child's care! It was amazing! My son did not even cry!

I know first time experiences as a new patient are big. I found this dentist place online and I read the reviews people wrote. I made an appointment and I can say this place is very nice and clean, and the people working there are professional and have great customer service. I felt welcome, and I would recommend it to anyone. They do a great job on cleanings.
