I am so over this office. We have had NOTHING but issue after issue. They canNOT for the life of them figure out how an HMO works, specifically mine that says on the phone that insurance covers the work needed. They then switch and try to say insurance won't cover what insurance just said what they will cover. We had to fight to get them to the right thing for me. I will not use any names, but I will say that the staff is AWFUL to work with. They are trying to scam us and cannot treat their customers with respect or honesty. As a result we are pulling THOUSANDS in dental work for our family and going elsewhere.

These guys are truly amazing... they are very efficient and friendly. They take their time and make sure you are comfortable and as we all know that is important at the dentist. Shantelle is AMAZING... you can tell she truly loves her patients. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great Service and Friendly faces.

I went in with straight teeth and came out with crooked teeth. The kid that formed the crowns didn't take into account some critical things to my bite. When the dentist came back to check the work, he decided to grind down the crowns to get the bite to work out. This also had the effect of leaving the teeth lopsided. I had another dentist review the work. He called it 'A pretty shoddy job' and that the grinding is 'likely heavy enough to not be structurally sound'.

When I called them to work out something financially the were less than interested or cooperative. I won't say combative, but they made it clear they have no intention of making any kind of restitution for their mistakes. I said, 'You're leaving me no choice then to charge back my card and post something on google saying this is how you want this to go.' Their response was, 'Sounds good.'

Find someone else people. Customer care isn't their thing here.

First experience...I was scheduled for a root canal at 8:30 am. The staff brought me back into the room on time, however, Dr. Chan did not get to me until 10:30. The endo team arrived when I did at 8:20 am. I thought that I would be their first patient but I was wrong. I sat in the chair for two hours before my procedure with my mouth numb. Dr. Chan had to give me more anesthetic before he began my root canal. First poor service....

Today 07/31, I arrived at 12:50 for my scheduled 1:00 appointment for a 6 month cleaning, which I had confirmed with the office 1.5 weeks earlier. The receptionist stated that my appointment was at 3:00 but she would let them know that I was there. She also stated that she saw my name on the schedule earlier at the correct time, 1:00. At 8:20 the hygentist brought me into a room that looked out of service. I asked him how long it would take to do the cleaning and I also explained that I had an appointment at 2:00. I asked the hygentist if I should reschedule. He stated that we were having a communication barrier so I asked to speak with the manager, Ryan. Ryan came into the room and stated that I was mean to the hygentist, which is a false statement. He continued to tell me that the hygentist did not want to clean my teeth. I was apalled that this was even happening. The manager, Ryan, treated me like it was my error with the scheduling and quite frankly was very rude. He doesn't care about retaining patients/customers. I will never recommend my colleagues or friends to this practice. They do not believe in good customer service. Ryan, the manager demonstrated that very well.

I'm usually hesitant to post reviews but I'm doing so to hopefully save someone headache and money. This office used to be decent a few years ago, but has seriously turned into a money hungry sales shop. They find all kinds of things devastatingly wrong, tell you about all the horrors in your mouth, and present you with a several thousand dollar treatment plan.
2nd and 3rd opinion later....I have a cavity. One. $60 later, I'm healed.
I hate businesses that use scare tactics on unsuspecting people that trust the professionals to do what's best for their health. Parker Modern Dentistry should be ashamed of their practice.

Been coming to this office for a couple of years now, everyone has been very nice, Doctor Bor, Deb and the the ladies at the front desk are all very kind.

After being in dentistry for 23 years, I went here. WHAT A DISASTER!! NEVER GO TO A DENTIST THAT IS PART OF A CHAIN PRACTICE!! Just because the staff is nice, does not mean the quality of work out of this office is good -which it definitely is not!!!! This is a practice that is centered on getting as much money as they can from your insurance. One of the receptionist told me they throw everything they can at the insurance company to see what they will pay for.
I made an appointment for what I thought would be an exam, x-rays and cleaning per their advertisement of $59. When I was there, I asked several times about the cleaning I thought I was getting and left without one. Evidently, when I made the appointment and told them I had dental insurance that must have changed things as my insurance was billed for 483. for the exam and x-rays.
I needed 2 crowns and chose to have the Cerac crown as I could get it the same day. When I called my insurance about coverage, I was told I should have only paid 289.out of pocket after coverage. I told them I had paid 626. and they said it must have been a mistake. I called the office and was told the difference I paid was a "convenience" fee to have the crown done the same day. WOW! I was NEVER told I would pay an additional 388. to have it done the same day -something I definitely would have remembered if I had been told and something I would have passed on and would have waited for the lab crown.
The assistant made the crown with their machine. Meanwhile Dr. Miller left the office (yes I watched him leave) and the assistant permanently cemented the crown. If you go to the CO. DORA website, you will see this is against the law as the dentist is required to oversee the work of an assistant.
The crown had virtually no contact with the teeth on either side and had a ledge on the inside where the crown did not meet the tooth properly. Dr. Miller told me if I didn't think it was good enough, he would replace it. You would think he would be able to tell the difference between quality work and substandard work.
The 2nd visit, another assistant made the crown and Dr. Miller checked it and said it was fine and cemented it. Later that day, I could put my tongue over almost the whole chewing surface with my teeth closed together - which you should not be able to. I went back he said the crown was absolutely fine. After going back and forth and getting no where, Dr. Miller told me he would give me my money back.
Because there was the space between the tooth and the upper tooth, I packed a ton of food in this area when eating which caused an infection in the upper tooth.
I went to another dentist and he said he had only seen that poor quality of dentistry from India!
I am now having the crown made for the 3rd time. I also found out from the dentist that is fixing Dr. Miller's work that he cut into the teeth on either side of the tooth he was preparing. I will now have to have a filling and a crown replaced to repair the damage from Dr. Miller.
Meanwhile, my insurance company had credited back my insurance account and so has my credit card because of the proof I presented on the bad work.
It took me almost 2 months to get this disaster straightened out. I have a model of the teeth that shows the huge space between the upper and lower tooth as well as photos that I was able to use as proof of the bad workmanship of Dr. Miller.
IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT ANY DENTIST THAT COULD NOT SEE HOW BAD THE CROWNS WERE SHOULD REALLY TAKE SOME REFRESHER COURSES!! I will be taking all my records to the CO American Dental Association for peer review of Dr. Kevin Miller's work.

I've been a lifelong grinder and it has caused a lot of problems for me (see: lockjaw, pain, an annoying cracking sound every time I open my mouth). I went into PMD for a quick cleaning and ended up having impressions made to get a night guard to help alleviate the problems from my grinding. The staff was both professional and kind, and it felt like they took a vested interest not just in my oral health but in me as a patient.

The impressions were taken quickly and with no discomfort (a rareity in the dental field) and the cleaning went swimmingly as well, leaving my mouth feeling refreshed. My teeth looked absolutely fantastic after the polish (I will note that I've had fantastic in-office whitening done by Dr. Miller of PMD before, and I still get compliments on it over a year later).

Aside from being state of the art in every way (the 'modern' in their name is almost an understatement), I appreciated that their facilities for children are located next door in an attached facility that reduces the amount of loud noises I have to suffer through (it is a rare treat to visit the dentist and not have to relive your own childhood fears of dental work). Their X Ray technology is touted as having far less radiation exposure than traditional systems as well, which I appreciated. My night guard is a perfect fit, and PMD is the perfect fit for me.

Don't go there. I'd give zero stars if I could. I was shocked when I saw the dental hygienist reuse the dental floss.I asked her why she did that...she said that's what they do. I went in for the $69 cleaning, it took two hours and then they tried to upsell me with + $2,500 of additional work. They don't care about their patients. If they are reading this - stop reusing dental floss. It's distinguishing.

FOR OTHODONTIST- NOT DENTIST I give this a 2 only for the front office staff, especially for Ryan and for the location of the office. Try keep it short-- the Orthodontist has 4 (+) locations. This means he is not in the office and hours to catch him in without missing work/school for kids is rare and hard to come by. The orthodontist himself- very little, if any personal awarenmess of my kids or I might even say their treatment. He is in this location LESS than once a week. After many of my daughters top row of bracketts came off with in 2 days of putting them on, they were nice, apologized and replaced them- I would love to say this has solved the issue but it has not. It continues. Her spring on the bottom row has come unhooked and 2 bumpers off. My son- all his bummers off with in 1 mth, his brackett off, was replaced and fell off 2 hours after-- he had not even eaten yet. His wire came unattached twice so far. It took again over 1 week to get back in, when DR is in, to replace it. The nurses are always helpful and available- but they can't do certian things- you have to wait for the Ortho. I believe we have wasted 2 months of treatment. With 2 kids in braces here, I have been for replacement/fixes at least 8 or 9 times in less 2 months. The staff is great, happy and helpful-- but I can not recommend the Orthodontist himself- he isn't there- there is only so much the staff can do. I do not recommend this, or any of his other locations for the personal service and time constraints to recieve accurate Othro care.
