River Peak Dental

Very friendly dental practice, from receptionist, Megan, Erin and Dr. Chris. Efficient and modern equipment used throughout appointment. Staff used information gathered throughout appointment to educate me about what was going on during my dental examination and cleaning. Was comfortable with beautiful window view from sitting up in the dental chair and beautiful distracting video on the ceiling. Loved the neck warmer provided too! My husband and mother have also been very happy with the quality of service from this dental practice. Would definitely recommend their services!

Being relatively new to the area, while flossing my teeth one morning I had a crown come off. I called the office and they made an appointed for me within two hours. Dr. Poe and his staff were unbelievable!! He attached my crown, but wasn’t happy with the way it fit. With the amazing array of modern technology in his office, he made a new crown, fitted it perfectly and I was on my way!! What a wonderful experience!

If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Poe at River Peak Dental. I am very selective when it comes to choosing a new dentist and after much research, I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Poe. I have to say that I couldn't be happier with my decision. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and welcoming and the entire appointment was such a positive experience overall. It's very clear that Dr. Poe cares about his patients; he actually took the time to listen to and discuss my concerns to ensure they were alleviated. He used technology that allowed me to view each tooth with him while he explained what we were looking at. The best part is that my fear of needing a lot of work done that day was all for nothing as Dr. Poe showed me that my concern was actually something that didn't require any work to be done at all. This level of honesty is not easy to come by (unfortunately), so I am very grateful for that. The level of care I received was top notch and I immediately scheduled visits for my family. I couldn't be happier to have found River Peak Dental!

I had a routine cleaning this week at River Peak Dental. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took my insurance and got me in to see the dentist with no issues. I was blown away by the layout of the clinic/office and the modern approach to dentistry. There is a home style warmth and comfortable feel to the space. Dr. Poe and his staff are not only incredibly kind, smart and talented but they go the extra step and will treat you like family. I would highly recommend a visit.

I had a root canal today by Dr Poe. I had a terrifying experience at another dentist so I was very anxious and nervous to have the procedure. Dr Poe and his staff were very accommodating to my every need. My comfort was the top priority. The doc and his staff did everything possible to make my root canal pain free. Overall they did a great job.

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time. At the urging of my family, I decided to try River Peak. I am very impressed with the excellent service, state of the art technology and top-notch knowledgeable staff! Chris and company assessed my teeth, developed a plan for treatment, checked our level of insurance coverage, and provided detailed pricing and payment options- all after fitting me into their busy schedule on short notice! I feel much better about going to the dentist than I have in years. If you need dental work, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND River Peak Dental!

I am very impressed with how professional the dentist and experience are at the River Peak Dental office. Dr. Poe has an obvious enthusiasm for his work and the assistants and office staff are always extremely competent and personable. They take the time to make sure all of the procedures are finished to a high level of comfort and function, and I have never needed to follow up to make an adjustment.

Since my husband and I live on the road we use a lot of different dentists depending on our location. This is by far one of the best, cleanest, most friendly dentists I have ever been to. Erin, my hygienist, was professional and had very gentle hands. Dr Poe was friendly and helpful. As someone who is a little timid from a bad experience with another dentist, I highly (underline highly!) recommend Dr Poe and his team.

River Peak's dental office in Ridgway offers the latest and greatest technology and treatment for all your dental needs. We drove from Montrose and had a pleasant 30 minute drive, arrived and were greeted by Misti at the front desk. When we were taken back, we were pampered with warm neck/shoulder pads and television screens on the ceiling for entertainment during treatment. Dr. Poe and his staff were very accommodating for our individual needs. They offered specials on whitening kits and filed our treatments with our insurance. River Peak is a wonderful new office and well worth the drive!

First time here and will be back again and again. I've been having tooth pain for months. Went in for a cleaning and check out the pain. I'm thinking it's an ill adjusted crown. Found an infection so bad that I need and extraction and antibiotics! Care I received was better than any other dentist I've been to; at 55, that's an awful lot of dental care. Shout out to Misti my hygienist; very professional and knowledgeable. I thought she was the dentist at first! Doc Poe; charismatic and thorough. Everything is state of the art! Which is why they found this infection and last dentist had not. Front Desk/support staff; caring, thoughtful. Just AMAZING experience.
