My dentist really screwed me over with a recommendation for a procedure that I shouldn't have had, which ended up causing one of my other teeth to begin moving. Griffin+Weimer took me in and got me into a retainer to help prevent any further movement. I will say, there were a few hiccups with some newer techs that caused it to take a bit longer than expected, but the Orthodontist herself made it right, made sure I had a temporary retainer while waiting, and then didn't even charge me for it. In a small town like Steamboat, it's fairly common to have hiccups like this in healthcare scenarios, but this was the first experience I had where they left me no reason to be frustrated or disappointed. I love, love, love this practice. I personally had braces as an adult through Dr. Weimer, and now my daughter is having her teeth straightened by Dr. Griffin. Both are high-quality professionals! I also can't say enough good things about the support staff.

jeanine is so very rude and hateful Everytime I call for an appointment, the only reason I gave 3 stars is because all of the other staff is amazing expect for jeanine, I always have such an unpleasant experience when I have to deal her, thumbs up for everyone else in the office, jeanine change your attitude and the way you treat people and your review would be much higher
