My wife and I have been patients of McCreight Progressive Dentistry for the past six years. There are many reasons both of us are loyal to the McCreight team. Jim and Wendy are highly skilled dentists, and wonderful people. They foster an environment of compassion for patients and their employees. This shows in their excellent customer service, and low turnover.
In the past, my wife suffered severe anxiety about visiting the dentist. The McCreight team's approach to care has put her at ease. In particular, the delicacy with which the hygienist cleaned her teeth. Her dental health has never been better.
I became a patient of the practice at my wife's suggestion. My mouth was full of deteriorating dentistry dating back to my childhood. Jim suggested a comprehensive care plan, structurally and cosmetically upgrading my mouth. This took place in quadrants, over four years, maximizing the benefit of my dental insurance. Six crowns and numerous fillings later, the results are stunning. Looking at my teeth in the mirror, it is difficult to perceive any presence whatsoever of dental work. Absolute perfection; tooth sculpting, color matching, and bite alignment. While performing the procedures, Jim's assistant, Anna, executed her role so intuitively. Doubtless, the result of Jim's mentorship, and Anna's many years at his side. Anytime work was done, Jim took the time to call in the evening to check on me. They never stop caring!
Preventative care through the daily practice of hygiene is a religion for these folks. They have coached my wife and I to superlative results. The McCreight team employ careful software documentation; gum recession charting, detailed photography, and of course, X-rays. They do stuff I never dreamed of.
In summary, going to the dentist can be a chore. At McCreight, the quality of care and level of service are so far beyond what my wife and I had previously experienced, we no longer dread the chore. Rather, we look forward to the positive reinforcement the McCreight team provide, and enjoy the benefits of immaculate dental health. In a world where five star reviews are commonplace, they deserve six stars.

I had a chipped front tooth that needed fixed ASAP. The team at McCreight’s worked with my schedule to get me in and did an awesome filling. Dr Jim made my tooth look better than it did before. Quick and painless! Then Dr Jim himself followed up with me that evening to make sure I was still happy with my experience and tooth. If you’re not a patient here yet, you should be!
