I've always had a great experience at this dentist office. Dr. Witty gave me a tooth implant last year. The implant hasn't given me any issues and getting it put in wasn't a hassle. He used 3D scans to make it the right shape. I didn't have to go under or anything when it was put it. Just had a cleaning yesterday and the dental tech was gentle, but thorough and didn't make my gums bleed all over like my old dentist when I was younger. I have some lower wisdom teeth growing in and Dr. Witty sent in my scans to a specialist to see if I really need to get them removed. If your insurance covers them, I recommend them.

From over 20 years of being in the dentist chair, it was great to finally have a dentist (Dr.Witty) be thorough and explain what's going on in my mouth. It's also really nice to experience people being great at their jobs! The atmosphere is great, chair was comfy and staff was great.

Steamboat Dental Center was able to get us in same day for an urgent need during the week of Christmas! The care my daughter got was efficient and thorough. We will be back for our routine dental needs!

I was just one day into my vacation in steamboat when a minor jaw ache turned into severe tooth pain. We randomly looked online for a dentist and I'm so glad we found Dr. Witty at steamboat dental center! My wife called them at 4pm and although they closed at 5pm they said come on in right now and we will see what we can do to control the pain. We hightailed it to the clinic and met with Dr Witty, after a quick X-ray he explained that because of my wisdom tooth root resting on top of a major nerve it would not be an easy extraction. I was in enough pain that I just wanted the tooth out. Dr Witty and his amazing team proceeded to skilfully remove the difficult tooth and they worked 2 hours past closing, just to provide me relief! The cost of the extraction was significantly less than I had expected and the care that I received went above and beyond my expectations. Dr Witty even called personally the following day to check up on me. I cannot recommend highly enough this amazing clinic with a small-town, personal and caring family vibe!

Finding a dentist in Steamboat during the Covid-19 pandemic was not a simple task. After an extensive search, I was lucky to find Dr. Witty and Steamboat Dental Center. The entire process was safe, organized, professional, comforting and fairly priced. I would recommend SDC unconditionally .

As far as dentists go...this is a great place. I went in to get a chipped tooth fixed. I felt I was treated fairly and with respect. Sorrell and Dr. Witty were both personable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Don’t waste your time! First time I went during a lunch break and they made me sit there for 40 minutes (I showed up 5 minutes early with all paperwork done electronically before the paperwork), they were not behind as the guy that walked in after me got taken back before me in less than five minutes so I had to speak to the front desk gal asking how much longer as I could not be late going back to work and then got attitude from the hygienist for having to “rush” her to get my cleaning done. The second time I call to make an appointment letting the front desk gal know my schedule she said she would squeeze me in for an appointment between 12:30-12:45 on the one day it would work for me, told her that was fantastic. I got phone calls every week from a different office admin trying to change my appointment and I kept telling them it wouldn’t work. Finally, the day before my appointment I got a phone call AGAIN trying to change my appointment because “she wasn’t planning on staying late as she wanted to go to Denver”... how is that my problem?! My appointment was scheduled a month in advance.... I’m not thrilled with the service at this office and have not been treated with such disrespect. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.
