Don't take kids here. Took my son to get some work done. Filling fell out two different occasions. Come to fine out it got infected and had to have another dentist in town fix. They won't pay for the cost of the other dentist. Even when they said they couldn't get the filling to stay in place.

I will now give a 5 star review and recommend, since Jennifer is no longer there, I've actually gotten phone calls back, and have an appointment. I highly recommended them, and still do. They are awesome with my children also. I'm sure it'll be a much more professional environment, seeing as the high school I don't like that person drama is gone. I do miss April, she was and is always awesome, and Hilary also, they were very personable, most everyone here is.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE. My entire experience at this dentist was hellish. My appointment was at 9am and I arrived at 845, but i wasn’t sat in a seat until 920. The dental hygienist was the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. She was in-compassionate, rude, mean and was not helpful. Once the doctor finally decided to come into my room, 45 minutes after my appointment started, he was also extremely rude. I made the whole staff aware that I was extremely sensitive and needed assistance with the pain. The doctor then tried to use a numbing agent on me that he said he’s never used before! He was about to experiment on me with a treatment method he was not familiar with, very unprofessional. The doctor was also touching me strangely and talking down to me like I was a toddler, calling me buddy and what not. Overall, do not put yourself through the torture of this dentist office. I would give 0 stars

Highly recommend this place. Dr.Dylan McKnight is great with kids. He pulled one of my sons teeth and did some filling and baby root canal and my son had hardly anything after. The staff is very friendly and gentle and clean and professional.they got my son in the same day I called. My son also enjoy the dentist as he already asking when he has to go back. I will definitely be take all my kids to this dentist.

Absolutely amazing! I had a bad experience at another dentist in town and was referred to this practice. I scheduled an appointment and they fixed all of the issues I was having the same day! They were incredibly friendly, understanding, and patient! The staff is personable and make you feel very welcome. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone! They took amazing care of me and ended my dental anxiety.

This is the first dentist that I actually feel very comfortable at! I love all the people here they are all pretty amazing!! The dentists are very good with keeping your anxiety to a minimum. Had a great experience. The doctor was great and personable. Had no problems pulling my tooth and I had no problems healing within a few days of extraction. Would definitely recommend Sterling Smiles for anyone's dental needs.

I have high anxiety and it is very hard for me to allow anyone near my face. But this team is hands down the best I've been to. I can't even believe I'm saying this but I can't wait to go back and have more of my mouth fixed and help get my confidence back! These guys are the best!

Love Sterling Smiles. The staff is excellent! They do GREAT dental work. They get you in quick. Dr. Ivo is my favorite. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentist. And let’s say I feel as comfortable as I can feel there!! I always leave there laughing. I also love the festivities they do for their customers! (Giveaways, parties, etc.) thanks Sterling Smiles!!
